Due to its location in Times Square, the hotel is very conveniently situated for travel. The staff were friendly, and it was nice to have the room made up daily. The room size is on the smaller side, but it was not uncomfortably so. The shower facilities worked well, and the heater functioned effectively. The blackout curtains were effective, making it conducive to a good night's sleep. Due to the location, there can be heavy traffic during rush hour, which may result in slightly higher Uber costs.

Overall, it wasn't a bad accommodation. I'll try to write the features as I felt. It was easy to walk to Times Square, Rockefeller building, and Bryant Park. There is a microwave in the room.The water pressure on the toilet and shower was high. There was no water bottle provided in the room, but I was able to get water from the first floor and drink it.It's not a water purifier. The staff were kind.The elevator is sufficient and fast. The windows were open, so ventilation was possible. The downside is that the size of the room and closet is small, making it difficult to store thick coats in winter and insufficient to unfold the carrier. I expected it wouldn't be too narrow because it was 30 square meters, but it was very narrow because there were two beds. Instead, the bathroom was just the right size, but the shower booth space itself is small, so adults wash their children or those who are large will feel uncomfortable. And the room is too dark. There was no shower gel in the shower booth, so I requested it to the front desk.

뉴욕답게 사이즈가 작음? 샤워실에서 나온 수중기때문에 fire alarm 울려서 당황. 환풍기가 제대로 없음. 위치는 매우 괜찮음.

전반적으로 만족합니다. 다만 첫 날 배정받았던 방에 에어컨에문제가 있어서 전원이 안꺼지는데다 소음이 엄청 심했고 방을 바꿔달라고 요청했지만 가능한 방이없어서 어쩔수없이 그 방에서 자야만 했습니다. 요청하기전에 에어컨을 고치러 매캐닉이 왔었는데 다른 방도 다 이런 소리가 난다면서 저희에게 거짓말을 했었어요. 아무리 생각해도 그런 소음을 견딜 손님들은 없을 것 같아서 프론트에 바로 얘기했고 그다음날 가능한 방으로 옮겨주겠다고 하더라고요. 첫날 빼고 다음날 배정받은 방은 괜찮았습니다. 일단 호텔 위치가 굉장히 좋습니다. 유명한 곳 대부분 걸어서 이동가능하고 타임스퀘어 근처라 늦은시간에 음식먹기도 편합니다. 프론트 직원들 전부 엄청 친절했어요. 얼리 체크인 가능한지 물어보면 최대한 해주려고 했고 짐 맡길수있는 서비스도 장점 중 하나입니다. 대체로 만족했으나 다음에 온다면 다른 지점 이용해보고 싶네요.

The hotel room was very small. The staff were …. Well let’s say it wasn’t 5 star service. BUT the location was extremely central. A few minutes walk west to Times Square. A few minutes walk north to The Rockefeller Center. Grand Central Station 10 minutes east. And a couple of minutes walk to the subway to / from south Manhattan where you can get to Wall St, 9/11 memorial, Battery park etc. I’d use this hotel again for the convenience of the location.

The lobby was a mess with new mattresses all throughout the lobby. The elevator was supposed to be down from 1-3pm. I checked in after 4 and it was still down. So only one elevator was working. Then my room door is not responding to the key so someone has to manually open my room door for every time i go in and out. Not at all the experience i wanted at this property

Everyone went were very attentive to any need. Staff were knowledgeable about things in the neighborhood. I was extremely grateful for the hotel holding our things even after checkout allow for more shopping. Great service

One of the elevators was not working. It caused delays to get to our room due to many people using it. We had to take the stairs a few times we were on the 9th floor. We did not have hot water one morning and showered with very cold water.

No hot water in show no 24 hr maintenance overprice Breakfast was worth it total rip off to keep your $50 deposite. And the on my bacolny work broken which sucked ar night time and the the walls on it were so high you jad no view. No thanks.

Overall it's a good hotel. My only issues were no hot water on my last morning there, the long wait for the elevator, and waiting to get the key card for my room.
