After finding the hotel, neither the GPS or Waze found the address check in was efficient. Room was lovely, apparently an upgrade from that booked.
However, from then things went downhill; bar staff were unfriendly, waited 10 minutes for 2 drinks before being told that there was no cassis or red berry liquor for Kir Royal, (that after having to explain what a Kir Royal was in the first place). Maybe that it was end of season malaise but hardly very professional.
Breakfast followed a similar trend, no teaspoons and when asked for was told to go and find one on another table. When it was pointed out that there were none on the tables a very flouncy dryng of a single spoon was completed.
There was no service around the pool area and no clean up around the pool when seating was vacated.
