Hotel was ok if you’re on a budget. The pool don’t work, the walls need to be wiped and cleaned. The bathroom curtains need to be changed out. Smelled of smoke. They do have security guard walking around. Just have scetchey people hanging around. They do have food places near by.

This place was nothing like the online web site the room. bath room very unclean bath tub paint was peeled off the tub, door got stuck inside 7 times most of the doors looked like the where kicked in frig not cold warm door on bottom you can see outside bugs can come in and out weather stripping bad . no phone in room people standing in front on day the police was there in front of hotel . the only thing good was the price but will never stay their again not even because it was cheap!!!! Our family was in other room same thing but their shower HEAD WAS BAD AND TGHEY HAD TO SHOWER IN OUR ROOM WATER WENT ALL OVER THE TOILET AND THE WORKER WAS NOT HAPPY TO COME FIX IT....SERVICE DESK WAS NICE AND HELPFUL.. THEY HAD A LOT OF HOMELESS ENTERING AND STAAYING THERE BUT THEY WHERE OK..OVER ALL YEAH NOT HAPPY WITH OUR STAY NO BREAKFAST WAS SERVERED

The room was horrible! It got decent reviews prior to booking but there were loose wires, holes in doors, water damage etc. People were yelling outside two diff times. Glad there was a security guard. We slept on top of the bed and took off as early as possible. But the heater worked well!

Room was dirty and things were broken, the tv was found on the dresser not hanged up. The room smelt bad for saying it was a non smoke room, for it being Stockton the hotel price was too expensive for it being what it was, plus the room was very small on top of that they charge for pet stay when I'm not sure why if the rooms are in horrible condition! The area is not safe and there's a lot of bad people staying in that location. Your best bet is Motel 6 there cheaper and there rooms are always clean and they allow pets and have free WiFi and there rooms are very spacious!

When I enter the room, it was clean. AC/Heater works good. TV was good but missing the remote. Overall it was okay for the low price. No ice maker. Also, liquor store and fast food is right down the street. The motel is right next to the highway 5 and it’s noisy at night.

For the price this is the best hotel in Stockton. Clean no insects quiet desk clerks & Security guards very helpful & friendly. Cable not very many channels not clear to see. Some work needs to be done on faucets & doors stick This is not a hotel for people looking for more than a clean quiet bed. But I have been here one month I am waiting to move into a rental & I am very comfortable & feel safe & would recommend this hotel to anyone not looking for any amenities.

I mean, you get what you pay for I guess? One thing I can say is that at least my room was clean. Not the comforter though. The problem though is that there are gaps and cracks and so you get roaches and bugs in the room. This location was apparently recently a shelter and a lot of damage done to the property. The surrounding area doesn't feel the safest, but there is a security guy that kinda walks around from time to time. I appreciate that there were clean towels and sheets. You have to pay a deposit when you get there. You get shown the room beforehand. It was cheap and good enough for the few hours of sleep I needed to catch.
