When I enter the room, it was clean. AC/Heater works good. TV was good but missing the remote. Overall it was okay for the low price. No ice maker. Also, liquor store and fast food is right down the street. The motel is right next to the highway 5 and it’s noisy at night.

For the price this is the best hotel in Stockton. Clean no insects quiet desk clerks & Security guards very helpful & friendly. Cable not very many channels not clear to see. Some work needs to be done on faucets & doors stick This is not a hotel for people looking for more than a clean quiet bed. But I have been here one month I am waiting to move into a rental & I am very comfortable & feel safe & would recommend this hotel to anyone not looking for any amenities.

I mean, you get what you pay for I guess? One thing I can say is that at least my room was clean. Not the comforter though. The problem though is that there are gaps and cracks and so you get roaches and bugs in the room. This location was apparently recently a shelter and a lot of damage done to the property. The surrounding area doesn't feel the safest, but there is a security guy that kinda walks around from time to time. I appreciate that there were clean towels and sheets. You have to pay a deposit when you get there. You get shown the room beforehand. It was cheap and good enough for the few hours of sleep I needed to catch.

Stay was not amazing. But not the worse. The main poor things are. Building maintenance poor cable not clear. & Dark. Few available channels showing old episodes. Some of the negatives were my fault for not asking for corrections, but they were not that important to me. The staff were very friendly ,& helpful when I did ask. I felt very safe in my room they have security staff. I was alone & am 83 years old. If you are only looking for a bed & bath with clean bedding, this is the place to go for the money.. I will continue to stay at this Inn whenever I have a need to.

I could not open the room assigned to me so I was given a second room. It looked like a room from a crime scene, the smell, the stains in the couch, and paint falling from the walls in the bathroom and the stains in the bathtub were more than enough for me to get out of there as soon as the next morning as I could not find a better option the same night. The doors seemed to have been kicked open way too many times, the police presence minutes after I checked in made me feel more uncomfortable than I already was. This was supposed to be a budget, which was not cheap at all, for almost the same amount, I reserved in a nice hotel, which was clean, comfortable and in a safe area. Sad to say this property is full of crack heads, and it shows.

Absolute garbage. The hotel room was so disgusting. The room had roaches inside it behind the refrigerator. The microwave also had roaches in it and the interior of the microwave was so deteriorated it was ready to fall apart. The linen was horribly dirty. The tub was so dirty inside you dare didn't want to use it. The commode handle was broken and vould not flush. The water pressure on the sink for cold water was literally non-existent. The hotel said they only had 1 other room I could stay in but the Air Conditioner was broken. The hotel would not refund my money. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND " any and all to "NEVER , EVER" stay at the dump as it is an embarrassment. STAY AWAY and spend the extra money on a different hotel. Happy trails...
