Be aware upfront there's no AC, but I suspect there's but AC at many places out this far and it wasn't needed. They kindly provided desk fans in the closet that I luckily opened to see what was there and that was all that was needed. Location is on the outskirts of town but very conveniently right next to a Pak n Save, Warehouse, and McDonalds. Nice kitchen and bathroom and shower. Has a separate bedroom and a bed in the main room so lots of sleeping space for bigger parties.

The rooms could do with a freshen up. Look at updating playground for kids. Accesable pool floaties for kids to use. Spa pool not in use Didnt manage to see games room as stated.

Friendly staff that accommodated late check in, even though there was misunderstanding over check in timeframe. Expedia noted that check in possible before 10PM, but actually it is before 7PM.

Fantastic value for money.
Really lovely for the price, super clean, proactive communication and convenient for travel around Northland, would recommend and would be more than happy to visit again.

Super spot, I stayed before and after the 90 mile beach walk. Owners are beyond friendly and helpful and is great value. Pack n Save, Hinting and Fishing and the Warehouse are right in the area which is super handy for restocking supplies. Will be back

We had a lovely stay, units seemed to have been redecorated not so long ago. Very helpfull and friendly staff. The room was clean and provided all the needed stuff for a good expierience resulting in a vvery good stay....will book again if going in the area. Thanks.

Great value for money. Comfortable and clean. Kitchen, bathroom and bedroom clean. The couch has got to go though, a bit dirty and brings down the overall room.

Collected key 6.30pm, went into the room, ants on the bench. Went back to reception to tell them about the ants and asked for fly spray. The manager came to the room, put some ant bait in a lid, wiped the bench and left. We left for dinner, came back 9pm, plenty of ants on the bench, wall, door frame, rubbish bin. Went back to reception to ask for flyspray, the guy said they will come when they can. 20mins later they arrived with flyspray. Upon leaving the manager made a remark about the office closing at 8pm and if any other problems we will have to wait until the morning. Bit rude considering I told her about the ants at 6.30pm and asked for flyspray then. Beds werent made up daily, no daily servicing. Lucky to get towels replaced.
