Offered free breakfast with room when we asked they stated they never have breakfast that was very important for our stay leaving early to catch a ferry.

Dear Guest,as already pointed out, breakfast was NOT included in your room rate. We do not have any breakfast room, so we could not have offered any free breakfast.Expedia Assistance will certainly confirm that.In any case, as we told you upon departure, there is a bar just in front of the hotel where it would not have been so difficult to have breakfast before catching the ferry (you left at 10.00 am which was not so early in the morning after all).You also asserted that air conditioning did not work, while we showed you it was perfectly working.Maybe you just did not stomach our refusal to refund the stay you wanted to cancel just 24 hours before the arrival.We also allowed a late check-in without any supplement, while we could have simply declined your request without refunding anything.Your ungratefulness has no limits.

I stayed at the apartment because I was catching a flight out of Naples airport. The receptionist arranged for me to be picked up by taxi in the morning. It was great. They were very helpful and friendly. It was a great apartment, spacious, even with a patio facing the water.

This was a great no frills hotel for the price. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, location was excellent. The room also includes a nice European breakfast. We got to the room late the desk man was very nice and helpful. The building is safe we went to sleep got up showered in the nice in room bathroom, great water pressure. After we showered we went to get our free breakfast next door and sat outside. The hotel is located right by the ferry docks. After a nice breakfast we headed over to the ferry (5 min walk) and went to Sorrento. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

良い点: 英語が話せる親切なスタッフ、清潔感のあるリネン、タオル（3日以内は交換なし）、ナポリ港近くという好立地、朝食は向かいの建物にあるバーでクロワッサンorブリオッシュとコーヒーを親切なスタッフより提供してもらえる 残念な点: 建物の作りが古い為かトイレが少し臭い、壁が薄い為廊下の音が聞こえる 全体的にはスタッフの親切で丁寧な対応や好立地、部屋の清潔さなど良い点の方が多い。またナポリを滞在する際には利用したいと思う。

Very kind staf. Safe place. Near by port Beverello and bus station for Alibus-for or from the Airport. Nosy area having in view the location, but if you close the window you’ll sleep well:) the room has a balcony with port and Vesuvio view. The breakfast, a caffe and a croissant, in the location or in bar very close, opposite the street.

リーズナブルな割にとても満足度の高い施設でした。 特に受付の方がどの人も親切に対応してくれたのが印象的でした。周りのおすすめのピザ屋やカフェを教えてもらい、会話をしてても温かい印象でとてもよかったです。 設備は決してラグジュアリーとは言えませんが、港の近くでソレントやカプリ島へのアクセスもよく、治安の面でもそんなに危険を感じない地域でしたので、節約のための選択としてはすごく良いと思います。機会があればまた利用したいと思います。

Love Naples pizza!
Didn’t realize this was a hostel, but there gave us a room with our own bathroom when we checked in. If you have no intention of spending time in your room, and realistic expectations, this worked well. It was a little loud in the morning, we could hear other people talking quite loud and could smell people smoking.

港から近く、スパッカナポリ、新市街も徒歩で行ける範囲。 入り口で一度呼び鈴をならし、ドアを通過、中庭を横切って再度呼び鈴をならしドアを開けてもらう必要がある。 エレベーターはあるが小さく、エレベーターのドアの幅が狭い。大半のベビーカーは通れないくらいの幅。 スタッフは親切だが、英語も通じなかったりする。 安いし、立地もいいが旅なれた人向けかと思う。

Il nostro soggiorno è stato bellissimo. Soprattutto perché la posizione dell'hotel è davvero strategica: in centro città, buoni ristoranti a pochi passi. Poi se volete fare un gita a Capri, il molo Beverello à cinque minuti a piedi. Ogni stanza conta con un balcone che da sul mare che offre una vista privilegiata sulla baia di Napoli. L'accoglienza è attenta. Io lo raccomando specie per le famiglie che vogliono fare una gita à Napoli.

Pretty bad place. The heater/ac is caked in heavy dust, the walls are marked and dirty, uncourtous guests, some old man (owner) yelling and screaming at midnight, bathroom stunk, militant cleaning staff that whisk about, signs absolutely everywhere telling you what not to do, drunk receptionist that was very combative and I almost walked out however he was then helpful with some city advice, waited outside for 20 minutes, door buzzer didn't work. I'm sorry but this was a nightmare stay. Naples is a crazy city.

フェリー乗り場直ぐ前です。
フロントのお父さんがとても優しく親切。キッチンも使えて自炊可能。フェリー乗り場が直ぐそこなので便利でした。スーパーも徒歩５分くらいのところにあって便利。ホステル周辺にはカフェやレストランもあって楽しかったです。

ナポリ駅から歩くと30分くらいはかかります。 僕は夜にヌオーヴォ城やその他の景色を見るためならそこそこいい場所にあったので選びました。 ただ、運悪く部屋の電気が切れたりトイレの水が止まらなくなったりしたのは少し困りました。 受付の人の態度は良かったと思います！英語を話せる人なら何とかなります。ちなみに僕は英語を話せませんが何とかなりました。

Wifi but not online.
Yes there's Wifi with no internet (12/26/2015). You can not go online, but they have a computer station though. Free Italian style breakfast but watch out some items are not. Walking distance to the metro station and touristic areas. Satisfactory service. Staff are nice and welcoming. You can safely store your luggage at the counter. The hotel is in the 6th and 7th floor. Coming out from the elevator, checkin is at the left on the 6th floor, rooms on the 7th floor are at the right. Btw, to get in and out at the main building door. To get in, slightly pull it back after the lock opens up and then push it in. Getting out, slightly push it out then pull it in. Oh, you'll get it once you're there. Typical Italian complexity.

Albergo situato all'interno di un condominio in posizione strategica per visitare la città i dintorni e le isole. Purtroppo la struttura è vecchia e la manutenzione è stata fatta in economia pertanto molte piccole cose sono fastidiosamente poco funzionanti. Letto poco confortevole, doccia estremamente piccola. Detto ciò per viaggiatori sempre in giro, è perfetto. Meno per famiglie con bambini che magari hanno bisogno di un po' di confort in più.

場所はフェリーの近くで便利。近くにスーパーもあるし、中心もそこそこ近い。中央駅までは歩いて、35分くらいの場所。スタッフは親切。夜はほぼ毎日キッチンで飲み会をやっている。喋れる人はいいが、喋れない人やゆっくり休みたい人は話し声など聞こえるので少し落ち着かないかも。自分は気にせず寝ましたが。個人ロッカーがないのとWi-Fiが23時半位から使えなくなる。朝には復活する。あとは少し施設が古いが居心地が良かったので、延泊しました。

Great base for visiting the bay of Naples
I stayed 4 nights at the hotel, one night in a dorm and 3 in a single room. The hotel was clean and the services were fine. It is a great location if you want to visit Naples or daytrip. Easy to reach with the airport shuttle, the train station is just a few tramstops away (also walkable distance) and it right by the port.

A nice stay in Napoli
The staff are very helpful and nice. My friend and I stayed in a double bedroom with balcony facing the sea, which was really nice. The bathroom is a bit old but still acceptable since we only stayed for two days. They offered simple breakfast with croissant, corn flakes, tea, milk and juice.
