Family vacation

I am glad we chose this hotel. Breakfast had lots of options and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Only wish the pool was a little warmer! But overall it was a great pick!

Breakfast was fresh, clean room, suoer nice staff and accommodating, walkable, Mall is dying aka alot of closed things replaced with things the town needs like a Library and a gym. The in the tub the drain was messed up but it drains just fine. Little out dated too but great. Bed had sunken in from people sleeping on it.

I booked the room for my elderly aunt. She was treated like royalty by this amazing staff! We ended up in separate hotels and I was nervous about her being alone, but she could only rave and praise the hotel and the staff. No elevator needed for disabilities and floors are old and need deep cleaning or redone. Because it seems you would want this hotel to meet expectations and appearance you need to present for your hotels. But for any hotel this was fine for our needs and clean and food was ok. I just have seen better from comfort suites hotels!
