For those reading this review for info on accessibilility: The room entry was spacious, and the space to move around the room was not bad. Bathroom was large, but no raised toilet or walk in shower. See photos
Regarding service and comfort: The woman behind the desk when I arrived at nearly midnight was a great example of primo customer service. The electricity was out, which meant no AC, internet, or key card machine. In spite of these inconveniences, she was pleasant, professional, and helpful. I thought about going somewhere else, but decided to stay, and I'm glad I did. Whatever generator they had going was powering the lights and outlets just fine.
The bed was comfy, as was the temperature without AC (windows opened, but w curtains drawn, I don't know how much air was circulating.) AC came on sometime in the wee hours, though I was fine without it that night.
