Nice modern rooms. Nice comfy bed and pillows and good heating. Not entirely clean we found rose petals in our room which we hadn’t brought and had to ask for dressing gowns as on Expedia states that’s what you get given. Also doesn’t sleep 3 people in one room like states - my friend had to sleep on the sofa bit which isn’t a bed. Overall not the best but not the worst.

Great hotel and we enjoyed our stay. The only major feedback I would like to give is that the name of the hotel is not on the building and was very hard to find unless you know they’ll just change names..

Hôtel très bruyant, surtout le vendredi soir : il est situé juste au-dessus d’une place entourée de bars, et l’isolation sonore est inexistante — on entend absolument tout. La description mentionne un parking gratuit à quelques mètres, mais nous avons dû le trouver seuls, faute d’informations utiles de la part du personnel. Ne comptez pas trop sur eux pour vous aider.

Cleaning could be better, rose leaves under the bed from previous guest, bathtub didnt work properly and had hairs in it, and the bathrobes where not placed in the room Price, location and staff is good

We had a hard time figuring out how to get in because we were looking for Manzo's instead of the Monument, but once inside it was wonderful! It is walkable from the train station, which we needed.

Die Unterkunft ist für Paare super, man kann echt eine schöne Zeit zu zweit haben! Es ist nur leider schwierig zwischen den Restaurants zu finden u man kann nicht mit dem Auto bis da fahren! Vielen lieben Dank für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt bei Ihnen im Manzo‘s (Monument Hotel). Zu aller erst natürlich das Positive. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr geräumig, bieten viel Platz zum entfalten und vor allem Sie sind sehr sauber!!! Die Lage des Hotels ist natürlich phenomenal. Diverse Restaurants u.a (Tapas, Steakhouse, Cafes, das Hoteleigene Restaurant) bieten viele Möglichkeiten wirklich sehr gutes Essen zu genießen und anschließend vielleicht sogar den ein oder anderen Cocktail zu schlürfen. Natürlich gibt es dort auch den ein oder anderen Club/Pub, wo man die abendlichen Stunden mit Tanz und Musik ausklingen lassen kann. Wir selber waren in diversen Lokalitäten und hatten unseren kleinen Hund dabei. Diese sind in den meisten Läden, durchaus willkommen. Das Hotelpersonal war äußerst freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit, wenn man mal ein Problem hatte. Parken konnte man ebenfalls sehr gut in dem nicht weit entfernten Parkhaus (im Rozenhof) welches nur ca. 200m entfernt weg ist. Jetzt müssen natürlich noch die negativen Dinge kommen. Leider hat die Klimaanlage bzw. In unserem Fall die Heizung nicht funktioniert. Es war nicht bitter kalt, jedoch wäre eine Heizung nicht schlecht gewesen. Die Lokale die sich rund herum um das Hotel befinden, bringen dann jedoch eine größere Lautstärke mit sich, die man aber bei geschlossenem Fenster durchaus auszuhalten weiß. Es war also ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt im Manzos. Wir kommen wieder.

Very spacious room, but be mindful that the bathroom doesn't have a door and is open so if you're rooming with a friend, it might be a problem. Location is very good, there's a cheap parking area close to the hotel. Check in was a little difficult since it's in another hotel so could be hard to find. Requested a fridge and it was given timely as they have a Whatsapp number that you can contact anytime. Good dining options in the area too. Try Rosey's Tapas.

Wij hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad en het personeel heeft ons fantastisch ontvangen. Mijn dochtertje van 3 vond de suite geweldig en de roze rozenblaadjes. Het was een geweldige moeder-dochter tripje. Ontzettend bedankt !

Excellent room. Jacuzzi bath made it extra special. You need to wear ear plugs at night other it would be difficult to sleep with noise from bars and nightclub. 10 minutes on train to Amsterdam and trsins are very regular. Restaurants all very close by. Would definitely visit again

Le nom de l’enseigne à changé on n’osez pas rentrer L’accueil se fait au bar je trouve sa pas trop top L’entrée pour les suites se fait à l’opposée de l’hôtel je trouve sa moyen Chambre 25, on n’ouvre la porte, une odeur d’huile de friture donc vraiment pas top Des taches de sang sur la couettes… Des éléments était détaché du mur… La douche il n’y avait pas de pommeau… Le reste etait propre
