Dear Jon, we apologize for the inconvenience, we gave you the apartment that you booked, the second room we opened immediately, we always kept the communication with you, you decided to leave because of changes in your return flight.

Dear Polly, you will be charged what your reservation said, you wanted to pay a lower rate and it was explained that that was not possible, when you complained about the sheets we sent the staff to have it changed immediately. We look forward to your visit again.

Estimado Juan Jose, recuerde por favor que la estufa se le envío de inmediato y no se le cobro, ya que usted dejo el horno prendido con la tapa abierta dejando salir todo el calor, el personal de seguridad del edificio se dio cuenta porque sonaron las alarmas y llamaron a los bomberos, cuando usted llego se le dijo que no podia hacer eso porque pudo ocasionar un incendio y usted contesto con un tono fuerte que tenia frío y por eso lo hizo.
