Dignitoso piccolo hotel tra la stazione e il centro storico, penalizzato dallo stato dell'edificio che lo ospita. La reception è al primo piano, mentre le camere sono ai piani superiori. L'arredamento degli interni è buono e accogliente. Eccellente e professionale l'accoglienza e l'assistenza.

A única coisa boa foi o tamanho do quarto - enorme. Mas o ar não funcionava direito, no terceiro dia já não me abasteceram com produtos de toalete como prometido, havia cão latindo no corredor de vez em quando. Lances enormes de escadas e a forma grosseira de tratamento de algumas pessoas do B & B fazem-me querer distância do De Curtis como opção de hospedagem futura.

il B&B è da via delle Finanze. Quindi, di sera la strada popolata da prostitute e gente poco raccomandabile. Fare due passi per andare in centro potrebbe essere una brutta esperienza.

la chambre qui est photographiée est celle de notre séjour, très correct ,2eme étage sans ascenseur avec terrasse, dans un palais décrépit;personnel serviable mais la réservation ne mentionnait pas le petit déjeuner et nous ne l'avions pas remarqué!

Schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage in Catania

Wir haben von Catania aus die Ostküste Siziliens bereist, wobei dieses Hotel dafür bestens geeignet war, weil es in unmittelbarer Nähe des Busbahnhofs und (nicht benötigt) des Hauptbahnhofs liegt. Neben Catania (Fußweg zum Zentrum 10 Min) machten wir Ausflüge nach Syrakus, Enna, Taormina, auf den Ätna und sogar über Messina/Milazzo auf die Insel Vulcano. Dabei nutzten wir ausschließlich die Busverbindungen (z.B. AST, Etnabus, Interbus und Sais).

Polveroso ma gentili

Camera grande con terrazzo e doccia enorme. Il letto e il divano era pieno di polvere, le lenzuola non arrivavano a coprire tutto il materasso e la coperta era piccola, corta e striminzita. Il bagno era pulito. Il ragazzo e' stato gentile ma si e' scordato di dirci gli orari della colazione e quindi abbiamo perso il cornetto e caffe al bar (questa e' la colazione offerta). In compenso e' stato molto gentile e ci ha lasciato le chiavi del portone centrale per riprendere le valigie in autonomia. Giudizio finale.. beh se pulissero meglio e rifacessero il letto con lenzuola e coperte adeguate lo consiglierei! E...mettete almeno due rotoli di carta igienica!!!!!

Vicino al centro

Palazzo in degrado con scale sporchissime e con portefinestre sempre aperte Le camere abbastanza pulite peccato che non c'era il riscaldamento in bagno e quindi la doccia si faceva gelando il personale spesso inesistente come la rete Wi-Fi completamente assente anche se doveva esserci .....

Sconsigliabile

Il quartiere nel quale si trova l'hotel non è proprio dei migliori visto un diffuso degrado degli edifici e l'ingresso del palazzo nel quale si trova l'hotel, così come un po' tutto il palazzo risuolta abbastanza fatiscente, ma va detto che le stanze dell'hotel sono state ristrutturate da poco e risultano abbastanza comode. Nella camera a noi assegnata non c'erano armadi o cassettiere dove riporre le nostre cose. L'unico oggetto destinato all'uso era un attaccapanni da guardaroba provvisorio. Ho preso alcune foto una delle quali mostra un asciugamano chizzato di scuro e fornito come "appena uscito dalla lavanderia". Il televisore doveva essere stato recuperato da qualche scarto di magazzino e la sua accensione era un quiz continuo visto il malfunzionamento del telecomando. Il wifi gratuito non esisteva. A tal proposito l'impiegato ha raccontato di un guasto dovuto ad un fulmine ma dopo quattro giorni ancora non era stato riparato. La colazione era servita in un bar poco lontano e le paste erano sicuramente buone ma definire "colazione a buffet" una pasta e un capuccino mi pare quanto meno esagerato. Oltre al fatto che il bar non disponeva di tavolini al coperto e, considerate le temperature, non era certo piacevole sedersi all'aperto. Mi assumo la responsabilità di non avere esaminato a fondo i commenti reperibili su vari siti ma, se fosi in voi, sconsiglerei la scelta ai vostri futuri clienti.

Belle camere grandi ma con alcune pecche che si possono sorvolare, ma colazione al bar non ci era mai successo ! Per quanto riguarda appoggio per escursioni per niente professionale e senza ricevuta!!

Hotel isn't what it advertises. The breakfast is actually coupon you take up the road somewhere and get a free coffee. Also wifi is only in lobby not in the room like said. Otherwise it's a nice place and the staff are very helpful.

Komische Gegend. B&B renovierungsbedürftig.

Hilfsbereites und sympathisches Personal, aber die Gegend ist voller Männer die den ganzen Tag auf der Straße einfach herumstehen... Abends kam ich nur mit Taxi zurück ins Hotel. Die Zimmer müssen renoviert werden. Kein Internet im Zimmer, nur unten im Lobby.

Gamble with rooms

Booked and paid for a family room 6 months in advance! We received a small room without window (small roof window which could not be opened). When we stayed at De Curtis 4 years ago we booked a double room which was cheaper but bigger with a huge terrace and a lovely bathroom. Will not book again with De Curtis.

Nous avons reservé cet hotel suite à une annulation soudaine d un autre hotel. Ils nous ont très bien accueillis, ils sont tous très gentils et les chambres spatieuses.

Leuk hotel vlakbij trein- en busstation

Het hotel is prima gelegen in het centrum van de stad, vlakbij het treinstation en de vertrekplaats van de belangrijke buslijnen van Interbus en ATS. Onze hotelkamer had alleen een elektrisch te openen dakraam dat niet verduisterd kon worden. Hierdoor werden we elke ochtend vrij vroeg wakker. Het tweepersoonsbed was prima, net als de airco en de badkamer, de laatste uitgerust met bidet en stortdouche. Het hotel heeft geen lift, dus mensen die moeilijk ter been zijn kunnen beter een ander verblijf kiezen. Van de buitenkant is bijna niet zichtbaar dat het om een hotel gaat. Wij kregen een 'bos' sleutels en een keycard om alle deuren die we door moesten om naar onze kamer te komen te trotseren. De straat waarin het hotel is gelegen oogt ietwat duister, maar wie een beetje van deze tijd is kijkt vrij eenvoudig door het aantal migranten en tippelaars heen en constateert dat het duistere imago reuze meevalt. Het personeel is bijzonder aardig en de hotelkamer wordt iedere dag schoongemaakt. Iedere ochtend krijg je een tegoedbon voor een heerlijk Italiaans ontbijt bij de in de buurt gelegen pattiserie, waar je een kop koffie en een brioche kan nuttigen tussen de lokale bevolking. Prima verblijf voor een vakantie in en om de bruisende stad Catania.

Nom de l'établissement "variable" : affiché = De curtis B&B... Pas de salle pour le petit déjeuner. Chambre et SdB méritant rafraîchissement (travaux s'entend). Pas de couverture Wi-fi partout (en fait, qu'à la "réception").

comodissimo, a due passi da via etnea, esci dal portone e a sinistra dopo una passeggiata di 5 minuti arrivi a piazza stesicoro a metà di via etnea. non ascoltate tutte le recensioni sulla zona terribile, sulle lucciole etc etc........ si è vero,ci sono, ma non fanno male a nessuno, sono piu' attive di giorno quando incontrano i cliento neri giovani, e i vecchietti . sono folkloristiche e non danno assolutamente fastidio. la sera non ho visto mai nessuna situazione di pericolo, certe persone qui scrivono cose esagerate sulla pericolosità della zona. assoluatmente non vera. la camera è confortevole, bagno nuovissimo. solo una lucernario invece della finsetranella mia. ma se avete la fortuna di capitare al piano di sotto sono piu' belle e caratteritiche. sembrano stanze d'epoca . i due proprietari sono gentilissimi, e ti aiutano e consogliano molto bene. non dimenticate di andare alla trattoria del cavaliere. vicino piazza stesicoro. prezzi buonissimi e cibo da paura. non a caso è piena di catanesi. carne buonissima a prezzi inferiori del primo piatto....una pasta 6 euro..e la carne a 3,50. pazzesco. buonissimo.

Il portone viene Usato come deposito. Le scale non venivano pulite da anni. In camer cerano scarafaggi che camminavano sulle parete. I bagni erano sporchi, abbiamo dormito vestiti appena fatto giorno siamo andati via. Neanche in Africa si trovano hotel di questo genere. Quando ci siamo lamentati dicendo che non era lo stesso hotel che abbiamo visto le foto sul internet ci hanno detto che questo e quello che offrono.
