Room was pretty good. A/C did not cool enough for us. I understand its winter but a lot of people still prefer a room that gets below 70 degrees. Hotel was well kept, breakfast was good. The laundry machines could use some maintenance. Took about 3 hours to dry a load of laundry.

I didn’t spend much time at the hotel probably six hours in total as my flight arrived really late and I had to leave early the next morning. Room But the room I had seemed very nice. My only complaint was when I called for the shuttle service from the airport. They told me would take 10 to 15 minutes, but I waited outside for 30 minutes until somebody came to pick me up at 1:30 in the morning.

Good for Dulles airport

Conveniwnt for Dulles and airport shuttle available. Good free breakfast. BUT somehow hotels.com always ends up with rooms next to the elevatorsor the noisy ice machine. Why is that?
