The building is perfect for a conference. Parking in the garage directly across the street. The staff were very professional and friendly. I had an issue with part of the bill and they fixed it. They listened. Very meaningful! The gym, pool, sauna, and jacuzzi were all awesome! The elevators made me feel more safe. You can't get to a floor without tapping your card on a sensor inside the elevator and then pressing your floor number. Super cool!! Only odd thing is housekeeping comes every other day instead of every day. Which is fine. But then our housekeeper didn't come at all till we called front desk. Once we called she came right up. But still, shouldn't have to call.

Property was excellent accommodation clean kind Only problem was reserved by Expedia that did not communicate proper room to hotel Had to show Expedia receipt and staff at hotel honored and cleared up situation But at first it was up and down from room to front desk

Clean, friendly staff, lots of good dining options in and nearby. King size beds and later than usual checkout are huge plusses. Rooms are nicer than you typically see in this price bracket.

This is my preferred hotel in Kalamazoo. My refurbished room was very stylish and comfortable. The staff at the hotel are very pleasant and efficient.

we got a king suite with the kitchen, very nice room & shower was incredible. loved that we could get drinks right in the hotel and just go back up to our room. bed is on the former side. i wish the pool/hot tub was open longer, we didn’t get to use either because of the time we got there.

Parking is expensive, $87 for a Friday thru Sunday stay. Staff is extremely friendly. Room seemed to have been renovated recently, it was a comfortable place.

This is our go to hotel when we visit our daughter at WMU. Super close to neat stores, restaurants and has a big Starbucks inside with 2 bar/restaurants. We can easily take an Uber to events instead of trying to park on campus. Comfy beds too!

Raddison in the zoo
The facility was as usual, well kept and a friendly atmosphere. Rooms were nice and clean. Burdocks bar and grill was excellent as usual. The Raddison is by far the nicest hotel in furniture Kalamazoo.

Very nice location, checkin was great, house keeping staff is a little over zealous for check out, they started knocking on the door at 9am, again at 945, called at 1130 then knocked again at 1145..

There was an issue with my room and the unsafe/unhealthy used syringe found by my bed. I found that when we returned late last night after my performance at the Jungle, otherwise I would not have stayed there at all. I believe that a "discount" of $40.OO does NOT even touch the point of fulfilling the Radisson's promise and "pledge of Cleanliness". I requested the hotel management to follow up and find a more amenable solution to convince me to ever return there.
