My wife and I stayed at this hotel for our stay in Provence. A special appreciation to Anthony and Manon! I cannot say enough good things!!! After a great stay at a clean, beautifully landscaped property, we realized after arriving at our next destination that we had left our passports and money in the hotel room safe. If it weren’t for Anthony and Manon, the hotel’s director and manager, for saving our entire trip it would have been a complete nightmare! They drove all the way from Goult to Aix En Provence late at night to drive to return our passports and money. We will definitely be returning to Hotellerie Notre Dame.

Great hotel with horrible service

I rarely complain but whereas the hotels itself, its surroundings and what it has on offer are amazing, the service is more than disappointing. The check took 15 mins and the personnel was not welcoming, arrogant and borderline rude. As I was on bike tour of the area I needed to store my bike overnight in the garage - explanation where to store it is minimal - 'go it this direction and figure it out/find it yourself' approach, getting/returning a key to the garage makes you feel like a thief who will steal/keep the key without returning it and there is no way to charge your electric bike if you need to do so. Hotel, its grounds - restaurant, pool, hiking trails and room itself are amazing but poor service strips down the great experience. Check out and leaving hotel took over 30 mins - the key to the garage was at the reception who sent me to the garage twice claiming it's open. Yet again it felt like I bother them by being their guest. Definitely will not return and not worth nearly 150 euros I paid per night.

Hôtel très bien situé au plein cœur du Lubéron proche de tous les villages à visiter. Très beau domaine (ancienne abbaye), l’extérieur est plaisant. Petit bémol sur la piscine qui était très (trop) fréquentée pour être agréable. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Je ne conseille pas le repas du soir qui, malgré son prix attractif, est de qualité médiocre. Le service est laborieux également. Dommage car le cadre est vraiment pas mal...

Séjour sympa en sortie de Covid, chambre et hôtel propre. Nous avons également pu profiter de la piscine. Facile d’accès Stationnement facile sur le parking de l’hôtel, qualités restaurant juste à côté. Billard dans l’entrée. Je recommande.

Great price/quality hotel conveniently located

Nice hotel with very beautiful exteriors and nice outdoor amenities (swimming pool, free parking, games for children). Rooms are very clean and spacious.

The hotel used to be a monastery and has tons of character. The rooms look a bit tired but are comfortable and we had a good rest before heading to Goult and Gordes. There is a large cinema room, pool and ping pong tables for kids. The outdoor swimming pool is also huge. Loads of free parking. Didn’t have breakfast so I can’t comment. Would stay here again.

Magnifique mais personnel un peu froid.

Hotel magnifique, chambres très bien. Parking fermé immense. C'est une grande structure avec une ambiance bizarre, le personnel est stressé. L'hygiène dans la grande piscine laisse à désirer à cause des clients sans gêne ( avec la covid, c'est regrettable).

Très bien

Un très bon hotel dans un cadre calme dans le Lubéron. Une piscine exceptionnelle et quelques restaurants à proximité. Nous avons mangé à la "Bouche des Gouts" à 50m de l'établissement : très bien. Seul petit bémol : vendre une petite bouteille d'eau de 50cl à l'accueil pour un prix de 2€, ce n'est pas normal.

The hotel is nice and easily accessible from various routes. Suggest to go there early as the hotel rear garden is a tourist spot too. Advise to call and book the dinner instead of upon arrival.

Surprised by this hotel

Why did I not stay here sooner? Perfect location, rooms are lovely We upgraded to a larger room that had bunk beds but in an alcove so that became the dressing room with suitcases in there and not in the main bedroom. Very updated rooms. Nice big patio with tables and umbrellas. You can bring your own wine and goodies and have a pleasant time before going to dinner. They do serve a limited but good menu. We however opted to go up to Goult for dinner with friends. There are also 3 small restaurants just across the little road. Huge pool by the way. Walking paths too and small dogs are welcome.

Nice and clean modern decor hotel. The room was large but basic with a comfortable bed. The grounds are nice and the pool was very nice. The breakfast buffet was ok and most of the guests were families.

L’hôtel a du charme, et la chambre est superbe. Cependant, nous n’avons pas aimé la femme de chambre qui entre dans la chambre sans toquer à la porte, alors que nous nous reposions calmement. Idem pour une nouvelle femme de chambre qui nous précipite pour que l’on sorte de la chambre à 11h30 pour qu’elle puisse travailler « sans attendre ».
