Thank you Mr.Giuseppe
Palazzo Pantaleo made my last day in Sicily best ever. Spacious room, clean towels, comfortable bed and most of all, the owner, Mr. Giuseppe is so caring and detailed. Because we had to leave early in the morning, my wife and I decided to give up the breakfast. But when he came to know that he blamed us for not letting him know. When we leave there were warm coffee in the warmer, croissants and even fruits in the breakfast table prepared for us. Thank you for the warm hospitality.

A Pleasant stay first time in Sicily as first venue to this beautiful island. The breakfast is not too bad for it doesn't have much choice but the location is very good with only couple of feets away from bus station from the airport and other monuments in Palermo. Especially the hotel head Giuseppe was kind and treated us well. two thumbs-up !

Lovley stay

emplacement idéal, en retrait de LA rue piétonne et commerçante de PALERME avec en prime un parking privé et gardé gratuit. La chambre est spacieuse et stylée, l'accueil par Giuseppe très amical et le petit-déjeuner surprenant. La chambre mériterait des rideaux occultants à cause de l’éclairage du parking puis du jour.

Palazzo Pantaleo was a wonderful B&B. My room was very comfortble and quiet. The B&B also had a delicious breakfast. It is in a great location as it is close to all the sites. The owner was very friendly and helpul when I caught him. My only complaint was that I was often unsure when the owner would be around so sometimes I was unable to get my questions answered.

Nice stay in Palermo
This is a great little place to stay in Palermo. The host is very responsive and helpful - he arranged for a driver for us to Monreale, outside of town. The residence tucked into a courtyard and is a little hard to find, but someone will come out to direct you if you contact them when you get to the neighborhood (right near Teatro Politeama Garibaldi, where the bus from the airport stops). Even though it's in a bustling part of town, the rooms are quiet and comfortable.

This was the best stay during our 2 week trip to Italy. The elderly gentleman who manages the property clearly cares about it and the guest experience there. He even drove and found us when we had a bit of a hard time finding it initially. The entire property was pristine and beautiful, breakfast options are plenty and all major sights are walkable. Would definitely return on our next trip to Palermo!

You could not find a better place to stay in Palermo. The room was large, very comfortable, and charming, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. The location is in a courtyard off the street, so it is safe and quiet, yet it is within easy walking distance of sights, restaurants and shopping. The highlight is the friendly, warm and helpful hosts at Palazzo Pantaleo. I could not recommend this accommodation more highly.

A very comfortable and enjoyable stay in a fantastic location. A historic building with a spacious room in the heart of the city. Delicious breakfast with excellent service. Giuseppe met us personally and guided us into the hotel on his eScooter. He is a gentleman - the epitome of old fashioned charm and wisdom. We recommend that during your stay you pop into his office, turn of your phone, sit, slow down and engage in a real conversation. You will discover through his wonderful dry humour that he was born in the building and is part of the social fabric of the city.

Fantastic, quiet location on the edge of the old quarter. Lovely room and helpful staff. The hotel is now in a pedestrian zone and we had a car, so someone from the hotel had to guide us to the hotel car park.

Palazzo Pantaleo - Palermo
The Palazzo Pantaleo is very well located in Palermo but is an older hotel. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was OK. Mostly pastries. We were able to park in their lot for our two nights without charge which was great.

Beaucoup de charme
Très bien situé dans le centre de Palerme le B&B est très pratique. Notre chambre donnait sur la cour intérieure et était donc très calme. Spacieuse avec des plafonds très hauts elle était très agréable. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et très bon, le personnel agréable. La possibilité de laisser le véhicule sur place et de visiter Palerme à pied est un plus.

The owner is very nice and sweet, he came out to lead us the way to the b&b in the morning after we got off from the ship. He even kindly offered us breakfast on our arrival, and also brought us a jar of freshly squeezed orange juice, delicious! The room is very comfortable, and quiet at night. we parked at the courtyard , easy and secure. We had a very pleasant stay and highly recommend this b&b.

Great location
Great location: minutes away from the airport shuttle bus stop, walkable distance to Teatro Massimo and the old town. Even the train station is only 20 minutes walk away, so all the key sights are within walking distance. Quiet: despite being next to the main street there was no traffic noise. Cleanliness: pretty clean everywhere so that’s great. The decor is a little bit dated but there’s a certain calming charm to it.

What a great place to stay!
We were a family of four (two teenagers) and the place was great for us: The location, the spacious room with the small balcony, the continental PLUS breakfast, and the helpfulness and flexibility of the staff. (And actual hi-speed wifi is always a winner!). Highly recommended.

Naja... Das Hotel ist etwas unter dem Durchschnitt... Sehr schwer zu finden, da man durch die Fußgängerzone fahren muss. Für den Preis ist aber mehr zu erwarten als nur ein freundliches Lächeln. Das Zimmer war kleiner als angegeben, und bei der Abreise wollte der Hotelmanager nochmals abkassieren, obwohl schon alles bezahlt war.... Dass war dann doch der Höhepunkt. Muss man nicht haben...

Excellent place to stay
Wonderful place to stay in busy Palermo. Next to the nice shopping street and close to the tourist attractions. As we had a car it was great to park in the courtyard for free. Fresh breakfast with a lot of fruits. The room was nice with a modern bathroom. Very quiet and safe and beautiful restored.
