Walk to The Vatican
It was a pleasant stay. My biggest issue was parking. When searching for a room, I chose "free parking" as a search parameter. When we arrived there was only very little street parking available or a 20euro per day parking garage nearby. The breakfast was nice, and the building was secure. The bathroom needed some work. The shower had a bit of mildew around the bottom edge, the shower assembly fell down twice, and the toilet paper holder was loose. Linens and beds were comfy, and we spent most of our time outside enjoying Rome, so the little things wrong didn't matter so much. Grazie!

Hosts were very nice but my room looked nothing like the pictures described. This place was more like an apartment not a hotel. Finding a parking space is really tough but a parking garage nearby for 25 euros a night was available.

This property was amazing. It was perfectly located and the entire staff/ owner were very welcoming and helpful during our stay. Would recommend it to all my family and friends and definitely stay here on our next trip to Rome.

Cute place but small, close to St.Peter’s Basilica
Apartment was very close to the Vatican which was exactly what we wanted and had some good restaurants around to eat. However...we felt the place was a bit small for 4 people with only room for beds and felt very crowed with the luggage and all, may be good for only sleeping a couple of days. The host also arranged transportation from and to the airport which was convenient.

Great stay at Holiday a San Pietro!
Holiday a San Pietro was fantastic for me and my family! It is cozy, but it is always clean, with great service, super fast WiFi, and great breakfast. We will definitely return in the future!

Close to the Vatican.
Great location to see the sights. Our room was downstairs from the other rooms. Basic but had a fridge and kettle and was cleaned every day. A breakfast of cereals and pastries with tea and coffee was provided upstairs every morning. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

Tolles B&B - leider war das Waschbecken verstopft und die Toilette und Dusche musste ich von den Haaren der Vorgänger befreien....Zum Schlafen aber perfekt....Frühstück an keinem Tag um 8.30 wie versprochen - um 8.45 wurde erst mal mit Hinrichten begonnen....aber sonst war es eine tolle billige Möglichkeit Rom anzuschauen....würde zu jederzeit wieder hingehen...

clean, comfortable, breakfast very sweet, bread not fresh and the fizzy orange left over days and was flat by the end of our stay. Knives, forks and spoons placed on the table by the fingers from the incorrect end of the cutlery and so not very good in so far as hygiene is concerned. Sachets of bubble bath but there was no bath and no shampoo and conditioner would have been a better choice. Gave me a bill for the whole amount even though I paid in advance which going through a company such as expedia should have been a given awareness. There phone was always engaged and asked for a bit of help to phone the shuttle bus as I couldn't get through. Arrived up to receive this small assistance and within 3 minutes he was gone never to return. The cleaner woman did a fine job but on one occasion left my room door unlocked, not very happy with that as you can imagine.

Visite en groupe du Vatican, du Colisée et du forum. Chacune des visites se déroulait en français, cela était très enrichissant. Tour de Rome en autocar à deux étages patraque pour visiter les différents points d'intérêts.

Vatican visit
We stayed for one night at this B&B, our cab driver knew exactly how to find this little place, it is an apartment building tucked away and very close to the Vatican.Breakfast was a voucher for coffee and a pastry.

La experiencia en un B & B fue nueva para nosotros. Fue buena pero no sabíamos qué era porque el sitio de Expedia lo catalogaba como hotel. El administrador del lugar fue muy atento al atender nuestra confusión y todo salió bien. La localización es privilegiada: a escasos metros de la Piazza de San Pietro en el Vaticano. Recomendable.

Good location! Jonathan was very friendly.
Apartment is very close to the Vatican and bus stop. Beds not so comfortable. Noise from the street was annoying in the morning.

Great stay in Rome for two families in two rooms
My brother and his family and my son and I had two rooms. The rooms were very clean the owner was very friendly and called the day before to coordinate our arrival and welcome us. The hotel was an easy walk to Basilica. Parking was half a block from the hotel and it was inexpensive and secure. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The only minor issue was that the A/C was not extremely cold. I was comfortable sleeping, but the A/C was not very strong. The weekend we were there, the heat was exceptionally bad, but it cooled down enough to be comfortable.

it is about 15min walk to the metro station. First time to Rome need to study well how to take bus #64 at Termini. Schedule every 30min. Not convenient to city center but close to Vatican city. Warm received by the owner. Small bath room but good fot budget stay.

Week end à Rome en famille.. Manuella s'est occupée de nous jusqu'à l'arrivée à l'hotel (taxi, transfert aeroport...), Jonhatan lui s'occcupera de vous pendant le séjour, se plie en deux pour vous satisfaire. Hotel, simple, propre et surtout idealement placé, à deux pas (marseillais), disons 5 à 6 minutes de marche. A refaire...'

Great place.
Great place to stay. The service was great and very helpful. The room was clean with a comfy bed and nicely updated. The breakfast was great each morning as well. The only reason for my 4/5 rather than 5/5 stars is that the room we chose was quiet small and hotel was a challenge to find. It could get loud off the streets but that didn't bother me too much and I enjoyed hearing The Vactican bells each morning. The neighborhood was quiet and not so full of tourists for the most part which we liked, yet there were still food places and shops open late if we wanted to go out close. Rome is very spread out as a city but this was a good location for us because we like to walk and it was close to The Vatican but we were still able to walk across town to all the major landmarks as well (it was a trek but we managed). All and all very pleased.

Small B&B, Walking distance to the Vatican.
Small room but air-conditioning is sufficient which you need in the summer. Small bathroom and towels are very thin. It is advertised as bed & breakfast but what we got is a coupon for breakfast at a deli a few blocks away. Breakfast consist of either a cup of coffee or a croissant so the breakfast part is disappointing. On the last day of our stay my husband went up to the 3rd floor to settle the bill, he said there were a few people having breakfast of cereals and pastries by the "office" so I certainly wondered why we got the breakfast coupons at a very unfriendly place to get croissant or coffee. We didn't go back for breakfast after the first day. Taxi had a very hard time finding the address and taxi driver had to call Manuela (the proprietor) for directions and she came out of the building. Proprietors are helpful.

Très bon accueil, gérant très agréable et de bon conseil. Localisation parfaite juste à côté du Vatican. Lits twins interverti par un lit double suite à une erreur de réservation de notre part. Chambre très propre, mais: lits trop fermes, aucune insonorisation, on entend les personnes dans le couloir comme si ils étaient dans notre chambre. Le petit déjeuner,servi dans un restaurant à côté consiste en un verre de lait ou un petit café avec un croissant, autant vous dire que la matinée de visite est dure à tenir. Mais globalement, très bon rapport qualité prix! (attention taxe de la ville est chère et non comptée dans le prix de base, mais c'est tous les hôtels pareil)

Not a bed and breakfast.
I feel this bed and breakfast has misreprested itself. It is a small apartment that has been converted in to 4 very small rooms. There is no full time staff, or lobby, or anything like that. The owner/manager lives nearby and will come over if you need him. The breakfast is a voucher for a single croissant and a cup of coffee at a cafe about a block away. The bathroom smelled like urine.
