Room was great, quite small but the beds were comfy and the AC in the room was really nice. Staff were kind and helpful. Really close to Gare de Est and to the metro and lots of dining options close by!

Nice hotel, very clean, good welcome and a generously sized room with decent facilities. Not the hotel’s fault but it was really noisy in the street until the small hours. Unfortunately I had to leave early so I didn’t opt for breakfast.

This was our 5th hotel in the last two weeks of traveling around Europe. By far, it has the most comfortable beds! The room is nice and clean. We had a family suite and it was spacious for a Parisian hotel. Very positive impression after staying there and the view from the window as well as little balconies were just perfect!!!! I recommend, and would gladly return!

Definitely would stay here again!

A really great find! Comfortable, clean, super-convenient to major rail station and to Metro... and the staff are FANTASTIC. Special kudos to Jamila and to the guy at reception!

Good value for the money.

Located directly across the street from the Paris Gare de l'Est train station, and nearby the Gare du Nord station (with the direct "B" line train to CDG airport). In a walkable area, and straight in line with the "Boulevard de Strasbourg" & "Boulevard de Sebastopol" which take you to "Notre Dame" and the islands.

Convenient for Gare D’Est

I found the room to be big enough, clean, comfortable and shower was nice and hot. The gentleman on reception was super helpful with Metro directions. Continental breakfast was available for €12pp but I don’t eat breakfast so can’t comment on value for money.

Not my favourite hotel!

When I got to the hotel I got info that the elevator was out of order. Room was on 5 or 6th floor. Had to take the stairs. At night I heard people coming and leaving. Heard people talking to each other. The walls are thin. Dodgy smell from bathroom. Staff was friendly. Didn't have the breaky. The area around Paris est isn't the most charming.

Very convenient to Gare l'Est. Friendly staff. Room was small (especially bathroom), but very clean, comfortable and looked to be recently updated. Bright decor and quality bed, linens and pillows. Newer windows open easliy and when closed, good at significantly reducing street noise Only issue was that a/c was unavailable. Room was a bit toasty, so choice was between open windows to cool off or keep them closed to keep street noise at bay. Overall, exceeded expectations.

When I went to check in the lady who checked me in. Got a key and got up to the room and there were no towels and it was not the room that I have booked and paid for. I got down and got a towel but got the feeling that it was not so popular. Went back up to the room to check and realised that I should not put up with them cheating me. I went back down and asked for the room I had booked and then she got angry and said it was the correct room, finally after a while I had to go up and look at two rooms and then saw that there was the room I had booked . Will I stay here again? NO absolutely not!!!

Die Lage war super. Das Zimmer war für den Preis eine bessere Abstellkammer mit Fenster zum sehr kleinen Innenhof - also kaum Licht. Die Sauberkeit war ok…der Zustand der Zimmer eher nicht…die Textilien waren nicht gut gereinigt. Generell kann man dort schon übernachten, aber das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht.

Alors que les chambres sont décrites sur Expedia (mais aussi sur Booking) comme insonorisées, je pense que c’est la chambre la plus bruyante que j’aie jamais eue- en 40 ans de voyages- il ne s’agit pas seulement des bruits dûs aux travaux (tout le week-end inclus!) mais des murs qui semblent fins comme du carton. Mention non recommandable.
