Check in was a breeze. Got a complimentary upgrade to a two bedroom which was perfect since I do have a teen and a preteen. The place was clean and the location was perfect. Have a sense of quiet and tranquility.

The staff here are extremely helpful and friendly. I only have two issues with this stay and 1) The bed was EXTREMELY hard to the point we had to go by a mattress foam pad for some extra comfort. Some people may like a firm bed but me and my wife like our bed soft. 2) That you had to pay to park at the hotel. $15 per day. Imo that should just be included in the price of the stay. So for the 8 days we stayed it was $120 extra for parking. For those reasons i can't give 5 stars but other than that we have absolutely no complaints. The property is very well maintained and everyone was very friendly

It was nice but noisy, you can hear traffic from 101 and other guests which sucks if you’re a light sleeper so I suggest some ear plugs. Family friendly, great breakfasts, parking was easy. We enjoyed the walk around the neighborhood but in the complex there was a lot of overflowing trash which attacked raccoons. Great for an extended stay if you have kids. Beds were comfortable.

The staff was very friendly when we checked in. The property is setup like a time share. Meaning they have bbq grills for us, a basketball court, small workout gym and a pool. We had a two bedroom which was spacious and clean with a kitchen. It was everything we look for in a room for our trip.
