We will look at the refrigerator and replace it if necessary. Request a downstairs room on your next stay and we can avoid the stairs. Sorry about the loud guests, please let us know if there is a problem with other guests as we have a 10pm noise curfew to ensure all of our guests get a good nights sleep.

I am not sure what you mean by old fashioned light switches, the tv worked fine after you left so I can only assume that you had set something in front of the eye that receives the signal from the remote. Had you let us know we would have gladly come and checked that for you. Simply changing the shower setting may have resolved those issues.

We went in and feel any dampness other than after the shower was running but we will be looking into and make any repairs necessary. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
