가성비 최고의 호텔
걸어서 기차역 10분. 전철역 3분. 콜로세움 10분. 주변에 시장... 이보다 위치좋은곳은 찾기 어려울 듯합니다. 건물 3층중 일부를 사용하는 방식으로 일반적인 호텔과 약간 다를수 있으나. 위치 완벽. 직원도 친절하고... 가격대비 이보다 더 좋은 곳은 찾기 어려울 듯합니다. 2명이서 호스텔 다인실보다 저렴하게 로마의 호텔을 만끽하고 왔읍니다. 게다가 아침도 방으로 직접가져다 주신답니다. 절대 후회하지 않을 것입니다. 단. 고급호텔를 기대하지는 않으시겠지요?

전체적으로 좋습니다
가성비 뛰어난 숙박이었어요. 테르미니역에서 오는 데에는 케리어 끌고서 약 15분 걸립니다. 결코 가깝다고 느껴질 거리는 아닌데, 먼것도 아닌.. 단, 길 찾기가 쉽지 않을 수 있어요. 구글앱 활용하세요(데이터 로밍 안해도 오프라인 이용가능한 지도 다운받어서 위치 추적해서 오면 편리). 방도 넓고 화장실 깨끗하며 조식도 룸으로 갖다줘서 편리(식당이 없거든요)합니다. 이 정도면 근처 호텔들 가격대비 뛰어난 편인 거 같아요. 추천합니다~

최악
후기를 통해 작은(단층)호텔인줄 알아서 시설이나 그런건 예상을 했지만 운영이나 서비스까지 여관보다 형편없었음. 도착해서 체크인시 중년여성이 시티세는 지금내던 체크아웃시 내던지 상관없다고하여 현금으로 그자리에서 지불하고 영수증을 달라고하니 수기로 써있는 종이를 줌. 당연히 호텔측에서 주는 영수증이니 의심없이 받았음. 하지만 체크아웃시 다른 직원이었고 시티세가 결제 되지 않았다고 하여 받은 영수증을 보여줬지만 이건 영수증이 아니라는 어이없는 답변만 함. 나는 시티세를 내고 받은 종이인데 영수증이 아니라면 시티세를 받아간 직원이 잘못 처리한거 아니냐고 따지니 실갱이 끝에 어찌어찌 체크아웃을 함. 하지만 귀국하고 보니 호텔측에서 체크아웃 후 동의없이 호텔방값을 지불할때 이용하였던 신용카드로 시티세를 결제함. 이에 대해 항의하였지만 시티세 안받았다는 말만 반복함. 받았던 직원에게 사실 관계를 확인해주지도 않음. 4박5일 묵는동안 4명의 직원을 보았지만 2명은 영어가 되지 않아 너무 불편하였고 이 때문에 더군다나 한국에서는 연락하기가 더욱 더 힘들었음. 기본적으로 본인들의 일처리가 잘못처리된건 아닌지 살피기보단, 돈 안내려고 하는 손님 취급을 하여 매우 불쾌하였음. 이 호텔에 다시는 묵고 싶지 않은 것은 물론, 이 호텔을 고려하는 사람들을 말리고 싶음.

잘못된 예약
더블룸을 예약했는데 사이트에서 예약이 잘못 되어서 싱글룸이 예약되었다고 했다. 다른 호텔로 숙박비와 아침식사 비용과 city tax가 별도로 들지 않는다며 다른 호텔로 연결해주었다. 그러나 호텔의 프론트에서는 city tax를 8유로(4유로/person)을 받았고, 아침식사는 5유로라고 했다. 내가 전달 받은 바와 다르다고 하니, 프론트에서도 모른다고 했지만 나중에 아침식사가 무료로 가능하다는 연락을 받았다. 호텔스닷컴 첫 이용이였는데 불편했다.

호텔스닷컴에서 천장에 아름다운 벽화가 그려져있는 방사진을 보고 예약을 했지만 우리의 방은 아무것도 그려져있지 않고 너무나 좁았다. 그리고 데스크 바로 옆방이라 모든 소리가 다 들렸고 편안하게 머무를 수 없었다. 방은 캐리어 두개를 펼칠수도 없을만큼 비좁았다. 내가 방이 사진과 다른것같다고 실망감을 표하며 방을 바꿔달라고 하자 내가 체크인을 너무 늦게 해서 그렇다고 했고 다음날 바꿔주겠다고했다. 다음날이 되자 또 바꿀 수 있는 방이 없다고했다. 마지막 날에는 꼭 바꿔주겠다고 했지만 마지막날에는 다른 스텝이 있었다. 다른 스텝은 어떤 연락도 전달도 받지 못한것 같았고 그 내용에 대해서 아예 몰랐다. 나는 똑같은 말을 수없이 반복해야했고 너무나 실망했다. 직원들은 모두 친절했고 다정했다. 또 결과적으로는 하루는 방을 바꿔주었지만, 바꾸는 과정에서 너무 실망스러웠기때문에 이 숙소에서의 기억은 좋지않다. 가격대비로는 최고의 숙소이지만 커플에게는 절대로 추천하고싶지 않다. 저렴하게 몇일을 지내야 하는 배낭여행객에나 맞는 숙소라고 생각한다. 다른숙소의 하루 가격에 며칠을 지냈기 때문에 가격적인 면에서는 만족했지만 차라리 돈을 더 주고 좋은 곳에 묵는게 낫다고 생각한다.

가격 대비 만족입니다. 원래 산마르코 호텔로 알아보았다가 바꾸었어요. ㄷㄱㅈ투어의 상품으로 3일을 이용하는데 만나는 곳이 산타마리아마조레 성당이어서 장소가 매우 좋았어요. 호텔은 전체적으로 일본의 비즈니스 호텔 급이었고 그러나 욕실은 너무 비좁아요 일본은 욕조라도 있지 이건 샤워부스가 매우 작아요 그래도 친절한 직원이 많고 특히 래쉬라는 남자직원이 좋았어요 투어 상품 이용하시는 분은 괜찮게 이용할 수 있을 것 같아요 입구 찾는 데 신경 쫌 쓰셔야하구요 Mas간판 맞은편입니다

위치는 정말 좋았음. 떼르미니역에서 가까웠고. 거리 멀지 않은 거리에 sma마트가 있어 좋았고. 근처에 빨래방, 먹을 만한 곳이 많음. 직원들도 대체로 친절함. 그런데 수건을 교체해 주지 않음. 바꿔달란 말을 하지 않았지만 이러건 매일 알아서 해야 하지 않나?

The property was hidden away on a side street. The room was clean and in decent condition. There were some marks to the head board. The private bathroom for our room was along the hall as opposed to being en suite was the only thing which stopped this from being a 5 star review. The whole staff are very good and responsive. I would recommend it to my friends, as location is great: 15 minute walk to collosseum, trevi fountain is about similar, pantheon a bit further like 30 minutes.

Totale Enttäuschung. Man findet das "Hotel" kaum, nur die Klingel ist beschriftet. Die Zimmer befinden sich in einer ehemaligen grossen Wohnung. Sehr kleine Zimmer. Alles ziemlich abgewohnt, beinahe schmuddelig. Das Badezimmer ein Witz, man sich kaum umdrehen, der Spülkasten läuft teilweise selbständig und in der Dusche kann sich ein ausgewachsener Mann kaum drehen. Zudem alles im Halbdunkel. Aussicht aus dem Fenster: Nada. Nur eine Hauswand. Das Frühstück besteht aus vertrocknetem Gebäck (vermutlich vom Vortag) in einer Plastiktasche welche am Morgen an die Türklinke ausserhalb des Zimmers gehängt wird. Die 2 Punkte gebe ich für die Lage, diese macht einiges wett. Wir waren über Silvester 2019/2020 da. UNsere Freunde aus Italien haben am sleben Tag gebucht. Wir haben festgestellt, dass wir aus der Schweiz abgezockt wurden. D.h. wir haben 35% mehr bezahlt als die "Italiener". Und diese hatten zudem ein einiges grösseres Zimmer und Bad. Überraschung: Am Silvester hat uns das Management eine Flasche Prosecco offeriert/ins Zimmer gestellt. Negative Feststellung dazu: Unsere Freunde haben 2 Flaschen erhalten... Der Preis ist soweit ok, empfehlen kann ich das allenfalls für ganz junge Leute welche keine hohen Ansprüche haben.

Staff were very attentive and so kind. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome upon arrival and nothing we asked was to much trouble. The map we received on check in of Rome and the sites and the best way to navigate the city helped us immensely. Rooms were modern and clean. Minimal noise from other guests or street. Fantastic location 2 minutes walk to metro. Good local restaurants.

It was hard to find due no sign and not really any further description beside the building. 3rd floor and was surprised he wanted the city tax right off the bat. Pillow n bed were ok quality but it was a bigger room n bath room was great but very little shelves to place stuff. Great restraunts n historical areas n shops but at night seemed a bit scary to go out.

the bed in this room was TERRIBLE. The pillows were flat and worn out. The bed itself was hard and lumpy, and I could not sleep on it. The linens were not the best either. I checked out a day early because of this. The breakfast was in theory a nice touch but the quality of what was served was poor. The person manning the desk gave me an impression that he would rather not be bothered and when I asked for transportation arrangements to the airport (which I thought was included) he told me he could not help me. He also told me this when I asked him to call a cab for me. There's no outside signage to help you identify where the hotel is. There was no apparent way to control the climate and I couldn't keep the window open for too long because it was very noisy outside. I felt the area was unsafe and was warned by a couple of locals to be careful. This caused sleeplessness as I was worried. You are given a key card to operate the electricity and you also need this card to get into the room. I was not told this and thank god I knew to take the card with me. If I had not known I would not have been able to get into my room. The elevator is very small and can only fit two people at a time comfortably. The shower head jets were spraying in different directions and the pressure was not the best. Pros of the property- ceiling art and cleanliness.

Excellent location!
The hotel is very well located, but we had a few problems, such as poor breakfast and cold water. In the last day the water was so cold that it was impossible to take a shower.

Prima colazione continentale inclusa ma non c'è un locale dove poterla consumare, ti arriva in stanza un vassoio con due merendine, del succo d'arancia, 1 caffè e una tazza di latte anacquato. L'odore di fogna ci ha fatto compagnia per l'intero soggiorno, probabilmente i bagni non sono sifonati. L'unica nota positiva è la posizione nelle immediate vicinanze di S.Maria Maggiore e stazioneTermini.

A localização é boa, próxima ao metrô. Péssimas condições relacionadas a Limpeza, café da manhã apenas após as 8;30h. Certo dia, durante a estadia chegamos a ficar mais de dez minutos esperando a porta ser aberta para entrarmos, lamentável.

Good News...Nice Staff, central location (edgy neighborhood). A good valuables safe. Less Good news...black mold above shower, broken towel rack. Poor lighting. Limited shelf space or storage. This property is at best is a 2 star hotel. Any time your first image of a hotel is a hallway full of garbage cans, you should be concerned. Pictures available.

Terrible experience and bad service
First night I got a room where the switches to turn on the light were broken. Also, the toilet didn't have a seat and there was no hot water. The second night they fixed the hot water problem and they changed me to another room which had silverfish in the bathroom. The third night the room's door was stuck and I couldn't get inside my room, so they offered le another room and they said I could go out to enjoy the city while they fixed the problem. When I came back, they had changed my belongings to they new room and some of my bathroom things where missing. I talked to the manager and she told me they couldn't do anything until they could open again the other room's door. Next morning I talked to the supervisor (who barely spoke english) and I told them that my stay had been terrible and If they planned to do something to compensate me. She didn't even apologize as I was standing there so I decided to leave and told them I was going to leave a bad review. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE UNLESS YOU WANT TO HAVE A BAD EXPERIENCE.

Buena opción para hospedarse, sin grandes lujos. Barrio Tranquilo, habitación con Wi Fi, Baño privado, aire acondicionado. Personal muy amable. Ideal para Dormir y salir a recorrer la ciudad. Ubicado cerca de la estación de trenes Termini y de la Estación del metro. Puedes ir caminando a los lugares de interés o locomoción muy cerca. buena experiencia

Hotel near from the Coliseum
The hotel have a nice ubication but the bathroom is very unconfortable and it is found in bath conditions, the trash can is not emptied daily, the room is not well lit and, you can hear a lot of noise from the street.

My wife and I liked this hotel. It was nice and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We liked the simple breakfast being brought to our room.

Posizione ottima
La struttura è facilmente raggiungibile, si trova a 2 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metro Vittorio Emanuele. La camera è spaziosa con mini frigo che può sempre essere utile. La colazione viene servita in camera all’ora desiderata. Il personale è molto gentile e simpatico, sempre disponibile e sorridente. Nice clean place that is not far from the station
My wife and I stayed here for 2 days and would stay there again. It was nice and clean, and had what we needed. We liked the simple breakfast they delivered to the room. So, we would stay here again.

Supper clean, best location, lack of basic things
Supper clean in a very good location but I can not recommend it for a family trip for those who travel with a kid. There were not basic yet necessary things like glasses, water boiler and microwave there so imagine how we manage it with a baby! I do love the building, the owner who was a very kind person but honestly they need to consider these basic things to be there for their guest. Doesn't cost that much but make the room more comfortable. Wifi was super weak and disconnected many times.

This was clean and efficient, close to the colosseum and Metro subway and train station. Beds are very hard. Price was right for location.

The accommodations themselves were adequate, well situated, and very clean, but the service was so bad that we checked out a day early despite not being refunded for the final night. Short version: the guests were all accidentally locked out of their rooms due to technical difficulties with the key cards, and the manager refused to return to the hotel to let us in because it was after her usual working hours and she lives outside the city. Any hotel can have a problem, but it's generally good practice to try and fix it. Instead, management told us that we were probably just using the keys incorrectly and that she'd come to work at 7:30 the next morning to let us in. There was a lot of back and forth and unproductive suggestions before we finally got into our rooms, totally by fluke and with no help from management, after being locked out for nearly four hours at night. Should have been tipped off right away on day 1 when we had to wait for management to finish arguing with another guest before we could check in. Avoid.

Nice hotel, near the center and metro, easy to get anywhere even on foot, very clean hotel and nice staff. The problems are that the staff barely knows any English and they also forced us to move to another room without prior warning when we were leaving the hotel to start the day.

Very warm welcome upon arrival. Check in was quick and painless. Room was well appointed and very clean and comfortable. Within walking distance of the Roma Termini rail station and close to tourist attractions. Good food was a few steps away.
