The Explorer’s Club team — Tam, Gio, Coco, Laura, Mar, and Paty — were amazing with my daughter. She felt so happy and secure there that I was finally able to unwind and enjoy some real rest.
The beach bar with the swings became my go-to spot. The bartenders were so friendly, genuine, and easy to talk to — I kept going back just for the great energy and conversation.
Ricardo, our poolside waiter, was kind, attentive, and always showed up at the perfect moment. And Alfonso, one of the bellboys, made such a warm impression — helpful, welcoming, and always smiling. Every interaction we had with staff felt sincere.
