Quarto com aparência de sujo. Falta de lençol na cama. Usar cobre leito descosturado para cobrir. Atendimento na recepção, ríspido, sem informações precisas, má vontade para destinar funcionário no transporte de malas, sendo um casal de 80 O checkout foi confuso e não recebi o comprovante de pagamento.

The main issue is that the rooms have a lot of short coming - water does not drain, We had a air conditioner leaking water in the room and mattresses moving easily etc. I must say the front desk staff was outstanding, Extremely helpful in trying to sort out our concerns. Plus for any help we needed, Taxi, directions, tours etc, always willing to help. With all the issues - would definitely stay there again as its very centrally located.

The room was old and the bathroom.dirty. one bulb did not work and the lock in the room.did not work either. The room was on the side that goes to a strip outside where there are beggers all day and night drinking and making a party all night. Very noisy. The shower was terrible. No water pressure and it had a old curtain the water pile up as if the drainage was plug so we had to take a very quick shower so the water didn't go into the bathroom I have stayed at this hotel before and had at a different newer room This time was bad

Great location and friendly staff!
Very nice staff and comfortable bed. Room was a great size. Would have been perfect but the ac was not quite strong enough for the high outdoor temp. It wasn’t terrible it just needed to be slightly cooler. Overall would stay again. Location is superb.

La habitación era para 3 personas, las camas son grandes y muy cómodas aunque quedan muy justas en la habitación. No tiene frigobar. El aire acondicionado funcionaba mal, entraba el agua de condensación a la habitación pero lo arreglaron. Está bien ubicado. Se nota el desgaste del tiempo falta remodelación y modernización es una pena se nota que fue un hotel de categoría.

Un hotel de época sin nada sorprente, el desayuno mediocre que sirven en la mañana (de los 4 días siempre dieron huevo y salchicha con los mismos jugos y quesos) deja mucho que desear, en su habitación una pantalla que no es smart tv te limita a tener estancia a gusto, llegamos a las 11 de la Noche y nadie abría por qué no escuchaban, se tapó el baño en la noche y nadie podía destaparlo... Nunca vuelvo, busquen otras opciones, lo bueno es que está cerca del centro pero frente al hotel hay mucha inseguridad y suciedad, que no te engañen las fotos.

My overall experience was okay. I found that the staff weren’t able to help with a lot of things such as English was not as great. They were very rude and unhelpful a lot of the times. The front desk was always over crowded with guests checking in which made it hard to ask for services. I found better hotels around the area with greater service. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel personally if you don’t speak English. The breakfast was very simple as for a 4 star I expected more options. Also the breakfast options don’t change during the weekdays. So it’s the same all the time.

This hotel was walking distance to Palacio La Moneda, Santa Lucía and Barrio Listarria. When we needed to go farther, we had the Universidad de Chile metro stop nearby. Excellent service from staff! We enjoyed our stay!

O quarto tem um bom tamanho e o staff muito prestativo. O café não tinha tanta variedade, mas era gostoso. O bom é que deixam antes do café ser servido umas opções de biscoitos e café na recepção para quem sai cedo para os passeios.

Breakfast was really good lots of selection, however room itself is quite dated and old, bits and pieces falling off the wall and looks dirty(might not be the case) , the area itself is quite dodgy at night, lots of homeless and people wandering around suspiciously, room service cleaning was nice , just the property itself is very old, very old, walls are thin and can get quite noisy at night

Tiene una excelente ubicación, cerca al metro, lo malo es la bulla de la calle por las noches, es un hotel antiguo pero en buen estado, en la habitación que estuve no había calefacción y en las noches estábamos a 9 grados, fui a recepción a pedir y me dijeron que no funcionaba, lo demás está bien, el desayuno buffet estaba bien, limpieza excelente.

Hotel em geral: Rustico/antigo/hotelcentro Equipe do hotel: muito bom. Quarto: Nosso quarto era para 3 pessoas. Acredito que por isso não tivemos o conforto bacana! Hotel é mais rustico, limpo. Cama confortavel. Espaço do quarto bem pequeno para 3 camas. Iluminação do quarto não é boa. Geladeira faz barulho. Poucas tomadas elétricas atras da cama. Wifi é bom. Chuveiro não é bom. Obs, a delegação da argentina de basquete estava hospedada no hotel, então não é um hotel ruim, porem, nosso quarto deixou a desejar. Café da manha: basico, e faltou organização da equipe. Resumo, hotel mediano. Nota: Uns 7,3

It is a shame that this hotel is too noisy
I would really like to give 5 stars to this hotel for its location, kindness of every person in service, breakfast, cleanness. However, this is not a hotel to rest after a day busy day at all. It is extremely noisy. There is no way that you can sleep or rest at night.

A little bit dated but still full of old world charm. Breakfast was excellent. Concierge were very helpful as well. Santiago itself is not a very safe city though particularly in this downtown core it seemed. Travelers be aware of your surroundings at all times. Don’t wear showy jewelry it will be removed from you!

Pontos positivos: Bom custo benefício. Atendimento na recepção foi otimo. Restaurante a lá carte muito bom e café da manhã muito bom também. Bem localizado. Pontos negativos: nosso quarto estava velho, com a pintura saindo e falta iluminação, quarto era bem escuro. Como os passeios eram bem cedo e ainda não tinha a luz do dia entrando pela janela era difícil encontrar as coisas só com a iluminação do quarto, sempre precisava ligar a lanterna do celular para auxiliar.

Experiência decepcionante, escolhemos o hotel pelas fotos que estavam disponíveis, que eram de quartos atuais e reformados, porém nos colocaram em um quarto antigo, com uma iluminação PÉSSIMA, não dava nem para se ver direito no espelho. Cortina não fechada direito, isso que nosso quarto era de frente para aquela passarela, ou seja, todo mundo que passava conseguia ver dentro do nosso quarto por conta da cortina que não fechava! Reclamamos com o recepcionista que nada fez.

Room is big but noisy (from next door and above rooms, lots of dragging of furniture). Room has no kettle boiling facility nor any cups for drinking of your own water or brushing of teeth. Happy hour drinks (2-for-1) are only for drinks marked in a certain color (scanned via QR code) which is not obvious or highlighted to English speaking clients. However the hotel is very close to metro station and walkable to main streets making it a convenient base.
