주차가능한 아파트 도심까지는 버스로 이동
아파트 안에 주차장이 있어서 편했다. 아파트 앞 무료주차도 가능하다. 작은 주방이 있다. 식기들도 구비되어있다.난방이 되지 않았다. 난방을 틀어도 찬바람만 나왔다

Ascenseur que le soir/ le reste de la journée, tu monte a pieds en général. Nettoyage 1 j sur deux. Me suis retrouvé 2 fois dehors. Heureusement que des gens avait le code. Dame de l accueil tres serviable. Dernier jour, le check out est a 11h. Elle frappe a ma porte a 9h pour me prevenir de facon pas cool 😑. Heureusement que j'etait deja levé... Bref a éviter, surtout si vous aimez pas marcher..

Leider war unser Zimmer nicht so sauber, sowie auch die Küche das Bad. Was sehr schlimm war der Aufzug war kaputt und mussten ein sehr alten Aufzug nutzen der nur sehrklein war wo kein Gepäck oder ähnliches mit rein könnte. Wir sind sogaran unserem letzten Abend um 20:05 im Aufzug mit Baby stecken geblieben. Keiner konnte uns helfen und wir mussten so schauen und warten das wir so von alleine rauskämmen. Die Leute am Empfang waren zwar sehr nett aber, wenn es um den Aufzug ging hat man da so zusagen epch gehabt. Wir müssten wenn wir raus gehen und heim kommen mit der Treppe hoch und runter mit Baby Kinderwagen und etc. War jetzt nicht wirklich schön, vorallem wenn man Urlaub hat.

Dear sir I Apologize for all the trouble. We did of our best is order tto "reduce " the problem. Is true ,that the once use by the gues has burn out the engine. We were lucky we could use other elevator event if old. We tried to give all assistance possible. It was such a cute place. Our room had a little kitchenette with a nice balcony looking over the garden courtyard! Staff was friendly and helpful! We had car trouble and we’re late for our check in by a few minutes but they were really kind about the situation.

Alles was goed, maar de muren waren niet soundproof. Het leek alsof de muren van papier waren. Je hoort de buren heel goed. Als de buren douchen of naar de wc gaan, dan hoor je dat heel goed.

I recommend against staying there. 1-My room was on the 8th floor, accessible by a single lift. The management recommended to NOT use this lift between 8pm and 8am. 2-The kitchenette did not have a convenient dish for heating water for a cup of tea or instant coffee. 3-The tap/faucet that controls the water in the shower was in very poor condition and could hardly be turned; it was a big nuisance every time I took a shower.

Way too small room for 3 people. Adequate for 2 at most. Mould in bathroom, however daily cleanliness was good.

How could a hotel not giving a fan or something when the air conditioner not working and everyday around 25C. Also, the room is filled with ants and flies, I could find it anywhere in the room. I was my worst experience of all time. I won’t recommend you all to choose this hotel.

Servitissima da qualsiasi tipo di mezzo pubblico, a pochi minuti dal centro, all'interno di un giardino condominiale molto curato. Peccato per le condizioni strutturali non ristrutturate , ma dettagli, si sta davvero bene. La prossima volta a Milano sarà sicuramente nuovamente qui.

Csendes környék, viszont a szomszédos szobákból és folyosóról minden behallatszik. Ennek ellenére jól tudtunk aludni, kényelmesek voltak az ágyak, tiszta volt minden. Segítőkész személyzet.

Purtroppo c'è da dire igiene molto scarso specialmente nel bagno muffa sulle corde delle serrande water incrostato rubinetti pieni di calcare e laniccia ovunque, in più abbiamo pernottato due notti e il giorno successivo neanche la stanza. Esperienza da non ripetere.

Gentile Sig.ra Carla Mi dispiace. La ringrazio per averci scritto e devo desumere che certamente qulcosa non ha funzionato. Di solito cerchiamo di stare attenti affinchè il Cliente quando arriva, trovi una camera in ordine e che tutto funzioni. Il bagno è di uno stile "vintage" e , ripeto di solito stiamo attenti anche con la manutenzione. Ora, non riesco a capire quante notti si è feramata, ma al di là di questo, dico solo che se avesse segnalato la cosa in modo tempestivo, avremmo certamente rimediato alla situzione che , mi creda, imbarazza anche noi,perchè cerchiamo e ci sforziamo per assicurare una corretta igiene dei locali, tutti. Ma ne suo caso, e lo scrivo con rammarico, non è andata cosi. Mi dispiace, ma se c'è ci darà una nuova possibilità siamo certi che non la deludermo. Grazie per l'attenzione. The staff communicated well with regards to out check in and check outs during our stay. However there was a horrible smell and lingered in all areas of the hotel. The people smoking in the rooms made it even more difficult to deal with the smell.

Dear Sharmin,I'm sorry for yoyr experience. You have to consider that the "smell" most of the time is due to the fact that people is cooking ind sometime the "smell" goes around the floors. The "smell" of smoking is really a "smell" and sometime the time is too short to give the room the proper time to be refreshed. Of course I don't want to find excuse. What I write is just to let you know that maybe was enough to talk to the reception , maybe we could solve the problem.... Anyway, now is too late for both of us. but I apologize for the inconvenient. Hope to have the pleasure in welcoming you next future. With Besr Regards

Struttura ben inserita nel contesto, vicina a linee di collegamento. Nei dintorni parecchi negozi di vario tipo, compresa una drogheria ben fornita ed un panificio bar davvero ottimo. Personale attento e discreto, informatissimo su ogni esigenza possa manifestarsi. Unica pecca che non puoi stare 48 ore con l'impianto acqua calda che lavora a singhiozzo...

Très mauvaise expérience. À éviter!!
Très mauvaise expérience. - Déco qui date des années 70 avec tout le mobilier qui va avec. - chambre à côté de l'ascenseur qui fait un boucan pas possible en montant et endescendant. Bruit qu'on entend depuis l'appart. - SDB: baignoire avec des éclats d'usures + équipement plein de calcaire + aucune pression d'eau + sèche cheveux qui ne fonctionne pas et qui date des années 70 - seul point positif : la literie. Le reste est d'époque: tapisserie +sol + mobilier + rideaux. - kitchenette : meubles des années 70. Très mauvaise expérience avec la plaque électrique: j'ai tenté de faire bouillir de l'eau pour des pâtes, 40min et l'eau frémissée seulement. On a terminé par aller dans un mcdo car nous étions lundi, 21h plus rien d'ouvert dans le secteur et gâcher la nourriture prévue. Donc additionner un coût à notre location. - blanchisserie ok mais la propreté était limite. Je déconseille d'aller dans cet appart hôtel qui nous a laissé un très mauvais souvenir même pour une nuit.

Good choice of transport. Staff were friendly, responsive and helpful. The place was quiet and comfortable. Choice of food was not big. Easy access to the Duomo and train stations.

Demolishing of piles in the next room was disturbing in the morning(s). Reception was very supportive and speaking English very well. There is no kitchen, but right in front of the hotel there is a nice restaurant (pizzas, hamburgers, specials) seems only open from the afternoon.

Sig. Vincenzo. Grazie per il commento. Beh.... è vero che gli armadi non sono all'ultimo grido ; se è d'accordo li definirei in stile "vintage" . Forse non incontra il gusto di alcuni ospiti , va bene e comprendo , ma se guardiamo alla funzionalità , direi che ancora sono "moderni" e meglio di certi arredi "minimal " ; che poi sono così minimal che è meglio lasciare le cose in valigia che stanno meglio..... . Grazie comunque per il commento. molto apprezzato per la schiettezza.

A little dated, but adequate
The apartment is on the east side of the city center, about 4km from the Duomo (as roughly the center of the city). It should be a nice walk when the construction along Viale Argonne is complete. Transport is straightforward, with the #54 bus and the #5 tram being the closest, and running frequently. Commuter rail stations Forlanini and Lambrate are nearby as well. The construction is a bit dated, and the walls are a little thin. Fortunately, my floor was relatively empty my first few days. The elevator is especially dubious, groaning like a whale every time it starts up. In fact, they recommend not using the elevator at night, when no one is at reception, but no one followed that recommendation. It isn't entirely clear where to go when you arrive for the first time. When they buzz you in at the front gate, you'll walk about 100 meters, first bearing right, and then reception will be down a little hill to your left. The wifi wasn't working on my floor for the first day and a half (my first full day was a Sunday), but it was fixed Monday morning. The problem was fixed satisfactorily.

Good public transport options to get to Duomo and get to Linate airport (Milan urban fare zone). Front desk works between 8 am and 11.59 am and from 5 pm in evening. Important to let the property know estimated time of arrival via Expedia message. Smooth check in at the reception. Staff polite and friendly and even lent us the adaptor to charge our phones for the stay. Property in a quiet neighbourhood. Clean property in good condition. Property equipped with cutlery, microwave, small kitchenette. Definitely will book the property again for the next visit to Milan.

Interverremo sulla camera per vedere di abbattere qualche decibel e rendere così la lo spazio più confortevole. Per la doccia o il doccino, la sostituzione non è stata completata a dovere. Mi dispiace, provvederemo senza indugi .
