The location is wonderful in the centre of the old town, close to the main attractions, to the main bus station, to shops and restaurants very close to the bus station. It's such a lovely place with all comforts and wonderful staff

If you want to sleep, go elsewhere. The windows are thin and the restaurant guests (across the street) will keep you up until 1:30am. At least the hotel could invest in better windows.

Upea hotelli keskellä Hanian vanhaa kaupunkia

Mahtava paikka keskellä Hanian vanhaa kaupunkia, mutta kuitenkin rauhassa. Huoneet olivat siistejä ja ne siivottiin päivittäin. Huoneista löytyi kaikki tarvittavat shampoot, hoitoaineet ja suihkusaippuat pesetymiseen ja niitä tuotiin myös päivittäin aina lisää. Aamupalaa hotellilla ei ollut, mutta sellainenkin kuulema tulossa mahdollisesti ensi vuonna. Ravintoiloista ym. lähellä olevista paikoista kuului hieman melua, mutta sekin hiljeni aina puolen yön tienoilla. Erityisesti kiitosta mukavalle henkilökunnolla ja loistavalle siivoojalle.

Very efficient and professional people

Nikos and Galyna are at the reception desk and really very professional and efficient. If you look for a very convenient hotel at a reasonable price then it's the best choice to do. You will be very close to everything at the center of the old town. And again with such personnel you will be not only hosted but getting lots of informations and advises for good restaurants as well!!!

Dejligt hotel, men vi manglede køkkenfaciliteter. Førhen var der en kogeplade, en kasserolle og et lille køkkenbord. Hvis der opsættes skab eller hylder ovenover køleskabet kan det give plads til kogepladen, en kasserolle og et lille køkkenbord på køleskabet. Vi manglede også en elevator. Især fordi trappen er stejl og uden gelænder, hvilket især er en udfordring, når bagage/kufferter skal bæres op og ned. Personalet er MEGET servicemindede og rengøringen er i top.

Habitaciones amplias y luminosas. Muy bien situado, se puede ir andando a la estación de autobuses y a otros puntos de interés de la ciudad (puerto, museos, bares, restaurantes...) El personal siempre está dispuesto a ayudarte en todo lo que necesites. A destacar la amabilidad de Nikos.

Delightful hotel in the best part of old Chania

Really charming hotel right in the centre of old Chania. Very friendly, accommodating staff and a wonderful comfy bed. We enjoyed our stay there and would be happy to return.

beautiful charm in Old Town

Vranas Studios was a very pleasant host over 5 nights in Chania. The very friendly staff of this family-run business made us feel very comfortable over our entire stay. Clean rooms, delicious breakfasts and friendly staff. The only downside is the proximity to the bell tower at the adjacent church, which rings at very random hours.

nous avions demandé 2 chambres mais à notre arrivée aucune n'était disponible suite à un petit problème. cependant la réceptionniste a remué ciel et terre pour trouver une solution. malgré le fait de n'avoir jamais vu les chambres dans cet hôtel mais parents ont eu une autre chambre très agréable avec vue sur le port et pour par ma part une autre chambre dans un autre hôtel sans grand intérêt mais elle nous a trouvé une solution. encore merci !

Very central location and great value for money

Loved this accommodation. Very spacious room, great decor and fantastic location. Very clean and very friendly service. Very reasonably priced. Only a few cons, the bathroom is tiny as is the bath/shower. Hard wood floors everywhere (which look great) which means it can be very noisy when people are moving around. The pros far outweigh the cons though.

Clean,friendly,in old town, beach close.Lovely.

Vranas has a great location, friendly and helpful staff. We had a superior room with balcony and it was spacious with air con and view of the square and thoughtful details. Very comfortable furnishings inside and on balcony. We'd requested 2 beds but understood from literature that this could not be guaranteed. Bathroom suite had seen better days, but very clean and of course completely operational - public areas also v clean.
