unsafe room door, was pried open previously and lock on frame was busted. another room had a broken window that let in a lot of noise and could easily cut someone especially my toddler grandson. Rooms did not look anything like the pictures. floors had all kind of stains in the hallways, and floors were all at a slant. staff was ok, but did not get the rooms i requested. never stay there again.

Staff was friendly, however room was not the cleanest, duvet was stained and looked dirty floors were not clean. Was not able to get blankets or pillows for pull out couch after we were “upgraded” from 2 double beds to a king room.

What I didn't like, the halls and stairways smelled of weed, our ice machine on our floor didn't work, and water was on the floor in that area, our room key didn't work all the time went and had it reset 4 times during our stay. The problem I had with that they never asked the name the room was in or show ID. ANYONE could have gotten into our room! I have stayed with this hotel in other areas and never had a bad experience, this will make me rethink of staying at one again.

Room was averagely equipped. Very nice TV. Bathroom left some to be desired. Vent hanging off the wall, baseboard tile grimey. Front desk staff was not rude, but I felt like an inconvenience to them. I've been to better hotels, but also much worse hotels.

Staff were extremely polite and accommodating for us upon arrival. Our service dogs were greeted with open arms. The room was spacious and spotless. The only snafu was a power outage in the morning. This was no fault of the staff or property! When checking out, the offered to help carry items as the elevator was not functioning. Once again, this was no fault of the property! I would return to this hotel and recommend it to others.

Upon arriving I was told my room had tv as it had been broken. I accepted the room as it was the last one available. Room was really hot when I entered as the AC was off or whatever. Turned it down to 60 and the room never got cooler than maybe 75,really uncomfortable. I fell asleep as i was super tired only to wake up shortly after to what sounded like a racing dragstrip outside my window. The hotel is right next to the on ramp of the freeway and most hotels are right next to freeways. It seemed like the window was wide open(it was not open at all) with how loud it was. So that tv would have come in handy to turn on to drown out some of the vehicle noise. I'm not a light sleeper and this was beyond ridiculous. I'm not sure why I never had this problem before but I didn't. I stayed her last August and it really seemed like the hotel had not been cleaned since then,something was off. My was decently clean so that was good but not a good stay at all.

The property looked like it was in need of some cleaning. Hallway carpeting was dirty. The toilet paper holder in room was not secured. I was surprised that they required a $50 security deposit on my credit card in order to check in. It would have been nice to know about that in advance.

Lack of professionalism. I flew in from Raleigh and booked the room online. I ordered two room. The one room door did not lock and was not able to get anyone to fix it. Had to barricade the door during the night due to having my young daughter in the room. The other room , where other members of our party stayed toilet got stopped up in the middle of the night. Had to wait until the morning. I was offered another room but it only had one king bed and I had four people in the room consisting of two adults and children. The next morning the manager offered me two other rooms without a an apology or anything further. Some of the room doors are broken where it looks like someone attempted to force them open. I’ve always stayed at La Quinta in the past so honestly I was highly disappointed. La Quinta is the choice hotel when I attend travel for work. I don’t know what to say about this one though. My normal stays are in Houston.

First room we were put in didn’t have a TV, second room the window was busted out. Make sure you shower at the most inconvenient hour for your sleep schedule or else you won’t have hot water. There’s not many hotels, I said “I’m not gonna stay here again”… This is definitely one of them. I will say it is cute and up-to-date.

The rooms were not great. Vents falling out of the walls, sink wasn't even in the bathroom. Nevermind the thin walls that constantly sound of the bed above us rocking back up and down. Breakfast was minimal, overall not what I was expecting. I will gladly pay a bit more next time to stay at a place where the ceilings were higher than 7ft and the elevator didn't sound/look like it was on its last leg.

The property is surrounded by an area with a multitude of restaurants, stuff to do, etc. The hotel itself was average. Elevators need upgraded, the hallways seemed like they need an upgrade. Dried mud everywhere! Elevator was beat up and sketchy. Shower water got lukewarm for about 5 minutes on the highest setting and then turned freezing cold. Pictures makes it look updated but it’s was done poorly.
