The property has been renovated. Very nice, clean, and everything worked. LEd Modern TV with cable. In room coffee , iron and board, hair dryer. Will definitely stay here again.

As someone who travels to a lot of motels on most every weekend, this is one of the best I’ve stayed at! The staff was great, the room was clean and looked newly renovated, and the bathroom was very nice! I truly enjoyed my stay for a great price and look forward to going back!

The room was large , the mattresses on beds felt new and were excellent. It had a coffee pot but no pot or filter holder. The hideabed sheets were dirty , but the room was clean .

hotel is not responsible for road work so please contact state of Indiana. all access are open through the roads but if guest can not follow detour signs hotel can not help in this situation.

Great Hotel at a great rate.
The hotel was newly remodeled and very clean. Nice clean smelling room with comfortable beds. The owners were very pleasant and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

It was ok for a small town. I was there for a funeral. A lot of construction in front of motel on the main Street. Had to go around everything that was being repaired.

I loved how the property reached out to me personally to make sure that I had a safe trip in. They also were helpful with directions due to traffic. Upon arrival, they had everything ready for my stay and the room and facilities were very clean.

We came into town late for personal business the next day. Had booked online and called to let them know we needed late check-in. They were very nice and let us know about construction around their facility. When we arrived we had issues finding. We called and they navigated us around. we have a nice stay!

I booked this hotel because my experience with it was very good last year. The hotel is still clean and well kept, with daily housekeeping. But there is road work around the hotel that makes it extremely difficult to get there. But no messages from hotel owners about access problem. Besides, upon check-in the hotel owner tried to charge me a rate that was different from my booking rate and only after I mentioned it he looked up my reservation. What is the point making reservations if the hotel management does not even look at them? These issues with access and billing made my trip much less pleasing than I had expected.

Nasty, clogged shower & terrible customer service
Our tub drain was clogged and had previous guests' hair in the tub. It would not drain at all for us after one shower and when I brought it to the office's attention they acted like I shouldn't be upset that I was not able to use the shower I paid for. The bed was okay, but not very comfortable. The bright blue light on the ceiling from I assume a wifi signal booster was in our eyes all night too. There was zero solution offered for our shower issue other than asking me if I tried to remove and clean the clog (as if that is MY responsibility). I requested a partial refund and was rudely denied. They "couldn't" give me a receipt in person but said they'd email it to me. Hours later I had to call and demand my receipt be sent to my email immediately. They also charged me a reservation and check in fee at the property which were NOT part of what I reserved through Hotels.com

Fine room, Breakfast is a lie
The hotel room itself was fine. No complaints. The breakfast was absolutely awful. Quintessential example of doing the bare minimum just so the place can be listed as offering a free breakfast. There was a single yogurt, something like 3-4 plastic wrapped mini-muffins, stale cereal, and enough milk for perhaps one bowl of cereal. Coffee from a power-mix machine. I brought students on a trip and we stayed here over other places because I thought they would not have to buy breakfast, but we all had to walk across the street to a gas station. Would not stay here over another hotel in the area because of hidden cost of having to buy a breakfast.
