Staff was wonderful. The Room. Bathrooms toilets flush handle was broken, made it difficult to flush and was not attach to the toilet, the tub was very duty, and the water presure was so low a shower was not possible, ie would.not have been able to wash my hair. The room furniture was very old and damaged,and was not wipe down, carpet was not clean, my slippers were very durty. there were a couple of cigarette Burns in the carpet, the sheets looked clean, but i still.used my ownand my own pillow and blanket. The lighting was very poor made it difficult to get some of my work done in the evening overall I was disappointed I've stayed in a lot better Super 8 rooms and will not be going back here or recommend anybody to stay there parking was good

Affordable!

Price is very affordable. Free breakfast is a plus. Room is outdated but I don't mind. I didn't stay here to impress someone. Gasoline next to the hotel is also a big plus. Will stay at this place again.

We’ve stayed several times at the Wyndham super 8 in Lewiston. All basic needs are covered: clean comfortable bed, spacious room, refrigerator that works, moderately quiet air conditioning. It’s not luxurious, nor located next to fine dining or shopping, but if you have a car those amenities are minutes away! We do enjoy the adjacent levee walking path on the Clearwater. Nice staff, too!

Staff was helpful and the sheets were clean. The air conditioner worked but was noisy. The bathroom had peeling paint, a leaky faucet and a stained bathtub. Grout was cracked with mildew.

The property was in an industrial neighborhood with many longhaul truckers lurking about. Was rather scary. The room keys would only work for one or two times, then needed to be redone. And the coffee pot didn't work very well. But the staff was wonderful.

Internet service was a major disappointment. Couldn’t get logged in until middle of the night on the last night of my stay. The front desk had the same problem. One of the things needed, especially when traveling away from family, is a good, reliable service to better communicate your trip information. Very unfortunate.

Terrible customer service, decent room.

We got there around 8 pm, and no one was at the front desk - we waited for literally 30 minutes to be checked in. Room was clean, although the entire town of Lewiston smells like the funk thanks to giant paper mill nearby. When checking out, the front desk attendant asked us was moody - when he asked us if we needed a receipt printed out, and my wife said yes please, he rolled his eyes and huffed, frustrated that he had to look on the computer for 5 seconds and hit print. So that was awkward.

It was okay. It was clean. It was convenient for our fishing trip. Grab and go breakfast was also convenient. Hotel remodel in progress so had construction equipment in halls. Room had no plug in four phone or any other devices and no USB. Wall switch didn't work for the lights had to go into dark room to find the lamp to turn on. AC only worked after being all the way up for the first hour in the room. Bed advertised as queen in pretty sure was a double. The customer service was great though and friendly.

The entire hotel stunk! It was like they smoked in every room and the entire hotel smelled of smoke. The front desk clerk at check in said we could come back in the morning for coffee and breakfast. When I went to ask about it, the morning clerk was out having a smoke break. I had to go back 3 times and wait almost 30 minutes to ask if there was milk for tea (no), and ask for breakfast, which was just a brown bag with a breakfast sandwich, juice, yogurt and granola bar, No options provided for any preferences or food sensitivities. The bathtub was so dirty looking that I didn't even want to shower, It is definitely dated and needs upgrading.

Disappointing Stay - Never Again

Location - the paper mill being across the way alone takes stars off. The smell yesterday morning was enough to make me gag and it was hard even getting to the car without throwing up. Old building - The building itself is showing its age and needs maintenance, especially the room locks. Multiple staff members were fantastic and very patient when helping us change out our keys MULTIPLE TIMES when we kept getting locked out of our room. The changed room keys would only sometimes work before the door stopped recognizing them. Bagged Breakfast - COVID is no longer an excuse for sub-standard breakfasts just to save money. Either prominently state the fact of bagged breakfasts, or remedy it like most other Super 8's and comparable hotels have already done. Checkout - More stars off for lack of a person to checkout (and get breakfast) on our final morning (Aug 21). We were wanting to have an early start to the day so we went up to the front desk around 6:15 for breakfast since they served it in bags that the staff handed to you, but the attendant was not there, nor answering the bell. We saw him when taking our luggage out just before 6, but not anymore. After ringing the bell many many times he still didn't show and we had to leave without handing keys to anyone or getting our "bagged" breakfast. Overall, we can't recommend that anyone stay here.
