아침 식사도 매우 좋았고, 경치도 아름다웠습니다! 단점이 있다면 위치를 찾기 좀 힘들었는데 그것 빼고는 다 만족스러웠어요!

비수기여서 그런지는 모르지만... 조용하고 깨끗했어요. 구시가,성이랑 걸어서 5분거리구요. 조금만 걸어가면 큰 konzum있구요. 방도 넓고 깨끗하고요. 난방도 잘되는편이고요. 호스트가 매우친절하고 차 렌트해오는 사람들은 걸어서10분거리에 무료주차장있다고 알려줘요. viber로 미리 연락하고 가면 되고용 매우 만족스러운 2박 이었어요

친절한 주인
유쾌하고 친절한 주인 설명도 잘해주고 지도들도 다 챙겨주었고, 무료 주차 물어보니 자기차로 태워주고 다시 따라오라고 안내까지 해주었습니다. 대신 위치가 도로변이라 조금 시끄러울수 있다는 점, 바깥창문이 부분개폐가 안된다는 점 정도는 단점이었습니다.

Lovely staffs, clean rooms, fair breakfast!
The staffs at the reception made our stay very comfortable and pleasant! The young lady in the evening and the man in the morning gladly helped us carrying our heavy suitcases up and down the stairs. The breakfast was really nice even though it had only basic kinds. Staffs seem to enjoy what they're doing and also let us know where to go and what to eat in Zagreb. I recommend this apartment! Best staffs. Thank you people!

Okay value for your money
Okay value for your money. Really close to the center but quite far from the beaches. So keep that in mind if you’re staying for the hotter part of the season. The shower and the floor wasn’t that clean. There were quite a lot of ants by the kitchen bench. There is a restaurant across the street and one of the windows align so the guests can easily see you.

This property is excellent. It was super easy to get to from the bus station but just walk along the beautiful seafront. The owner was very helpful and friendly. He gave us all of the information we needed and was excellent! You have your own gated entrance to the property and the location is perfect! The restaurant outside is actually well priced and the food excellent! The property itself was very clean. It has everything you need apart from an oven, but that posed no problem. The hot water lasts for one reasonably long shower, but again that's a small thing. There are a few small supermarkets nearby, but we would suggest going to the Spar in Old Town which is about 6mins walk away, or one of the ones towards the beach if you go out west of the city. They're much bigger, better stocked, and cheaper. We highly recommend this apartment. We loved it and actually miss it!

We were met by the apartment manager who took the time to explain the general housekeeping This apartment was close to all links of transport, eateries, bars and shops. Situated in the older part of Split , very traditional. All mod cons with a traditional resturant below. Ideal to explore the surrounding area. Bedding and towel change just a message / call away. Aircondition brilliant for the hot stuff nights. If your looking for plush , go to a hotel. Comfortable, utilities for cooking on the days you don't want to eat out. Communication with the manager before we arrived, giving options on transport from airport. Certainly met our needs . Thank you 😊

Great place in a great spot!
This was a great apartment in a great location! There was lots of room, and I love that there was a washer so I could do my laundry halfway through my 2-week trip. The location was PERFECT. My only very small issue is that it's a little hard to find and the bed kept feeling like it was going to fall apart (but it didn't!). Very much recommend, though!

Apartment Margarita’s location was perfect for our stay. Close to everything and reasonably priced. Great communication and the owner even coordinated a ride from the airport for us. Fife restaurant, next door, was excellent too. Definitely would stay here again.

Amazing Apartment!!
Can't beat the location with this gem of an apartment. It's on the edge of Old Town, steps away from the waterfront, many restaurants and an indoor parking garage. Was able to pack lighter due to the in-suite laundry. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend to anyone that is going to visit Split.

L’appartement est idéalement situé pour un séjour à Split. A proximité immédiate de la Riva (5 min à pied) et pratique pour rejoindre des lieux en dehors de Split (taxi, bus, trottinette, …) accessible juste en bas. Ivan est disponible et accueillant. Le logement correspond parfaitement aux photos

We had good nights' sleep here. Great location, just a few minutes walk to the city center and the waterfront. The apartment has all you need for a peaceful and comfortable stay (washing machine, fridge, dishwasher, cooking stove & utensils).

The location of this property is absolutely amazing, and very well kept. however you are on top of a Busy restaurant. So if you’re trying to go to bed early or sleep in late bring earplugs. But again at the location is amazing, you’re in walking distance to anything you could possibly need and Split.

Die Lage ist super neben dem Altstadt und Promenade . Die Unterkunft ist sauber , alles vorhanden . Marijan war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es ist allerdings doch ziemlich laut, besonders ganz früh morgens ( Anlieferungen ) und Abend ( Getränkekisten sortieren ) durch das Restaurant unten . Aber insgesamt sehr gut .

Asunnon sijainti on erinomainen, sillä se on juuri sopivan sivussa vanhasta kaupungista, mutta kuitenkin aivan kävelymatkan päässä. Tilat ovat siistit ja asunnon varustelu kunnossa: keittiövälineitä löytyy kokkailuun ja pesukone pyykkäämiseen. Myös sängyt ovat mukavat ja suuret. Auton saa pysäköityä noin 1 km:n päähän ilmaiseksi. Matkatavarat saa nopeasti vietyä asunnolle autolla, mutta sen jälkeen se on siirrettävä pidemmälle parkkiin. Suosittelen!

場所は 中心地から近く 階下が人気レストランであり非常に良い アパートでした。問題は唯一 我々が携帯電話を持っておらずWi-fi のメールのみが通信手段であったため アパートに入るのに 苦労しました。親切な階下のレストランのオーナーらしき人が電話をしてくれて 鍵の場所がわかりアパートに入ることが出来ました。鍵は 入口にあるボックスの中に入れてあり 暗唱番号がわかれば簡単に取ることが出来ます。前日にメールでやりとりしてる時に何故それを言ってくれなかったのかと疑問でした。またそのコメントに対して 厳しいメールがオーナーから来ました。何でそんなコメントをしたかと。部屋には入れたものの車の駐車場が分からず 道に車を停めて非常点滅灯をつけて約一時間程 妻は待っていました。多分 現地の感覚では 1時間くらい 問題ない 、それが何か？という感覚と感じた次第ですが、、、。 ただしこれらの問題は事前に連絡しておけば簡単に解決出来る事です。このアパートを選ばれる方は くれぐれも事前に 鍵の場所と番号を聞いておく様にしたら良いと思ってます。 アパート自体は良いものです。

Dear guests thank you for choosing our place :) Since you say you are coming between 3 and 6PM we needed 15min to get from our place to apartment but we always leave the key for our guests like you did see it and parking is near the building.

L'appartement est très joli, correspondant bien à la description et à la photo. Il est bien placé, tout proche de tout. Tout était impeccable, et le patron très gentil et serviable.

This apartment has everything you need and is right in the middle of old town walking distance from everything. It has all modern appliances and extreemely clean. Nothing to disappoint would recommend short or long stay.

Loved the close location to everything. Just a little noisy at this time with all the renovations going on around us. Didn’t mind the noise though at the popular restaurant opposite.

Location can't be beat
Fantastic location, right on the edge of the waterfront and Central area. Could not have been better located. Owner friendly and responsive. Parking about a ten-minute walk away...never made it there, though, as there is a very convenient public garage right around the corner for about 14 USD per night, and once you've navigated to the vicinity of the apartment, you might not feel like then finding the free parking. Recommend asking owner how to get to parking before driving to apartment. If someone is going to use the couch to sleep on, the blankets provided were really musty smelling, ask owner to ensure they're fresh. Overall, good experience--big enough for two people, great location, great, cooperative owner.

Chris thank you for being our guests and also for review :) Since you were 2 people we prepared double bed and since you did not ask for sofa we did not prepare it. You probably took blankets from the sofa but thoose are not blankets for our guests :) when guests asks for sofa we prepare new and fresh like you did see on your double bed :)

Kleines Appartment mitten in der Stadt, direkt beim Fischereihafen. Separat gelegen, perfekt für 2 Personen, aber 3. Person oder Kinderbett möglich. Alles ist zu Fuss erreichbar, ein Auto nicht nötig. Sehr vollständig ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Dunstabzug, Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühler. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Das begehrte Restaurant im Untergeschoss des Nebenhauses war auch nach~ 23 Uhr nicht mehr zu hören, keine übermässige Lärmquelle.Wir schätzten die zentrale Lage, so konnten wir auch tagsüber zum Ausruhen zurückkommen.

Lägenhet Split
Vi kom tillbaka till Split efter en veckas seglande. Lägenheten ligger nära hamnen så det var bara en kort promenad med vårt bagage. Läget är fantastiskt, i gamla stan med närhet till massor med restauranger och Riva. Det var enkelt att checka in och ut, rent och snyggt, modernt med AC, kylskåp, micro och diskmaskin. Vi bodde endast två nätter i lägenheten, men om vi skulle resa till Split igen och bo längre skulle vi försöka boka samma igen.
