Horrible internet, was getting 0-5gb and that was intermittent, dropping on and off. The tv was not working, it did get fixed, that take quite a while to happen, but they should’ve just moved me to another room.

The property has nice gardens and it is one of the only hotels that offer coffee at 6am and not much later like others. when we saw the pictures online it shows people eating at the tables by the coffee station so we assumed they had a restaurant but it doesn’t…a bit misleading. The beds are not the most comfortable ones and the rooms have no A/C so it an get hot. They do offer a small fan but it still felt hot. On the other hand the staff is AMAZING!!!!!!! Everyone helped us with a smiley face and made us feel comfortable.

Nice property, very convenient for city centre, well run and reaonably priced. Good facilities inc warm, good pressure shower. Free cofffee and teac but need to get breakfast elsewhere , but plenty places available for that.

Property is small, clean and in a very convenient location to walk around antigua and thats about it, No restaurant or pool or any other service in the premises but many good restaurants around area. Rooms are very small ok place just to sleep.

Helo Kenia, we are a small and cosy hotel, we do have a restaurant located right next to the Arco de Santa Catalina, and the pool is located in our Hotel Casa del Parque, close to the Parque Central

The best aspect of this property is by far the staff. The front desk is excellent. It is beautiful hotel with lots of places to relax and prepare for your next amazing day. Would definitely come back again.

Francisco fue muy profesional y amable pero lamentablemente las paredes de este hotal son muy finas y s escucha todo hasta las personas del cuarto del lado roncando y los autos pasando aunque mi habitacion estaba lejos de la avendida muy lindo el hotel pero no pude descansar ,eso si cerca de todo y conveniente si vas a caminar en el pueblo

Mala atención y experiencia
No tienen Parqueo, aún que ahí dice que si tienen, ese si es problema porque no lo aclaran en ningún momento hasta que uno está ahí en recepción, y lo peor es la gente que tienen atendiendo, ya que son abusivas y no resuelven, simplemente me quedé con el problema de buscar un Parqueo. Luego de que reclame lo del Parqueo me querían dar una habitación que no había pedido y sobre todo pagado. Luego me ofrecieron una habitación que la humedad se sentía hasta afuera de la misma y esperando a que me quedara ahí. Así que lamentablemente la experiencia, no recomiendo el lugar y tengan cuidado con sus reservas.

Great quiet and quaint hotel close to the center
Hotel meson de valle was a perfect little hotel to stay at during our long time in Guatemala. The lobby always smelled faintly of frankincense and incense which I loved. There was a misunderstanding about the room I reserved and they found better accommodations for me without any issue. Super quiet and peaceful. They had fresh flowers and hot showers. Pure water and coffee available 24/7 I didn’t realize until the last day that they had a laundry service for a small fee which I would have loved to take advantage of. Walking distance to great cafes and restaurants and the city center.

Very quiet place but our beds had bed bugs! Woke up with the side of our face full of bites and my legs were itching all night 😠
