Even they were amazing due to be my partner birthday and the room was very cleaned. Unfortunately the spa was very busy when we went there and the all morning today we didn't have hot water in the room :(

The hotel was nice and very well located. But two odd things which were disappointing: 1. I didn't realise that as a hotel resident I'd need to book to go in the pool. When i went down it was fully booked that day and for the rest of my stay. 2. Rooms are only cleaned if you put a green tag on the door. This was not explained so i went all four days without the room being cleaned, the bed made, the bin emptied or the coffee supplies replenished. When i asked this was billed as a "green " thing. I agree that as hotel guests we don't need our sheets and towels changed every day..but that doesn't mean we don't want any housekeeping at all. It shouldn't be all or nothing!

Totalt sett passe bra. Bra restaurant tilknyttet hotellet og hyggelige ansatte. Stille rom uten mye bråk utenfra, men jeg hadde mugg i dusjen og trykket i dusjhodet var såpass dårlig at det tok en evighet å bli ferdig i dusjen.

Ehkä paras hotelliaamupala missä oon ikinä käynyt. Spa-osasti oli pieni, mutta tunnelmallinen. Henkilökunta (etenkin ravintolan) oli tosi ystävällistä. Myös hotellin sijainti oli erinomainen. Ainoa miinus hotellihuoneen kylpyhuoneesta, suihkun silikonit oli selvästi homeessa ja vaihtamisen tarpeessa.

Modern hotel in the center of Rīga
Modern hotel. Tasty breakfast. Nice but small spa. Big room. Close to the most sights in the city. The basic drawback was the temperature of the room (during winter time the temperature wasn’t as good as I expected).

Room with daily access to spa makes no sense in my eyes. As spa area is quite small you have to pre-book slots of nax 1.5 hours. If full at your preferred time you cannot go in though you paid for daily access. But this is the only not so positive experience.

Not worth the money and restaurant service was bad
The beds were really uncomfortable, the service at the restaurant was horrible, not during breakfast though, but in the evening. Have been staying at several other hotels in Riga during the past 12 years of going there and for a lot less money, this hotel was the 2nd worst.

Marknader och spa.
Bra hotell med bra frukost och en fin spa-anläggning. Det hade snöat ca 25 cm så det var väldigt modigt, oplogat på deflesta trottoarer och gator. Vi besökte den största marknaden i Europa, Centralmarknaden som var väl värd ett besök, samt julmarknaden som inte var så mycket som vi trodde från början.

Forhåndsbetalte tilgang til Spa. Måtte bestille time( 1 1/2 times opphold pr dag) Ikke alltid når det passet for oss. Jacussi, ikke varm nok. Vårt standardform var under standard. Spahotell uten spaprodukter, rart. Ingen egen shampoo, balsam eller lotion. Veldig alvorlig personale. Veldig god frokost. Sentral beliggenhet.

Very good hotel in the middle of Old Town. Love it. Some bottles was already opened in the minibar when we arrived, and it was a bit hard to get new ones.

Wir bekamen zu wenig Information bei Ankunft im Hotel. Im Hotelzimmer wurde die Fernbedienung sowie für Wellness Bademäntel vergessen, jedoch bei Nachfrage gebracht. Frühstück sehr lecker und viel Auswahl. Der Wellnessbereich ist zeitbegrenzt (1,5h), es dürfen Kinden in diesen Bereich, dadurch der Boden mit Wasser überflutet und laut.

Hard beds without top mattress
Generally a great hotel with nice rooms and good breakfast. Superb location with everything right at your doorstep. But the bed was a deal breaker. I have never before slept in a hotel bed without a top mattress. During my 4 night stay, I did not get one night of decent sleep. So unfortunately I cannot recommend this hotel.

Great location, good and clean rooms. Breakfast was little varying depending time of service, ie. Empty platters. The only negative was that room air conditioning was off for winter season, which made air in rooms stuffy. Luckily windows could be opened to get fresh air in. Big props on being eco-friendly with room cleaning.
