This hotel had charged minibar payment that I never never used. I did not even look the minibar section on the table, so I do not know what kind of snack and beverage there. I have sent an email to the customer service, however they sent me a false receipt. I sent an email again, they did not answer. I am very unhappy for the attitude of this management. I am really disappointed.
