The hotel is located in the heart of Cesky Krumlov. The room was good and very boutique with a lovely view of the castle. The owner? was very friendly and she told us good spots in the city. Highly recommend for those who want to explore this city. However, better check your arrival time because the city limits car access.

We had a wonderful stay! The owners could not have been more helpful, accommodating and gracious. It was a lovely, small historical hotel just down the street from the town square. Not knowing we weren't allowed to park in town, the owner lead us to the closest parking garage. They let us check out at our leisure and held our luggage until we were ready to leave. Breakfast was delicious too!

This hotel was perfect for our stay in Cesky Krumluv! The 2 bedroom suite was ideal for my group of 5. We had one person join us last minute and the staff was very accommodating by bringing us a rollaway bed. Staff was very nice, continental breakfast was superb, and the location was great for walking around and seeing the town.

Great place to stay
An amazing stay from start to finish. Staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to the suite and it was fantastic. Bed very comfortable and the pillows were like clouds! Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it very highly.

The property was hundreds of years old, perfectly brought up to date in matters like plumbing. Our room was beautiful, and the bathroom was modern and comfortable. The location was perfect, steps from everything we wanted to see. The staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English. A full breakfast was included, and we could choose to eat it inside or on the terrace, which had a beautiful view. We felt very lucky to be staying at Hotel Konvice!

We stayed two nights at the Hotel Konvice. It was a very good location a short distance from the public parking and all interesting sights. The hotel was in a 15th century manor house, clean, quiet with a good breakfast, as well. The owner was helpful, friendly and seemed concerned that we enjoyed our stay there. Do not expect the amenities of a large, modern hotel as this is a small and quaint little place. We would stay here again and recommend it!

The hotel Konvince is well located, the attention from Katharina and family is excellent, out of the way for you to feel at home, Breakfast is of excellent quality. I will recommend the hotel and if I come back I will definitely stay again.

Lush, innit?
The hotel was amazing. The staff was so friendly, I wanted to hug them. The room was super comfortable, and not a speck of dust could be seen. And the view from our balcony was to die for. 10/10 would recommend to a friend. Like my British friend said: “Lush, innit?” The only drawback was that the price for a spritz on the balcony were a bit pricy. But the castle view made up for it.

Loved the centuries-old design of the building, even with the very low doorway which we bonked our heads on twice! It was a nice atmosphere that was close to everything in the old town. We would absolutely stay there again.

It was close from the entrance of the city. Room was spacious and cozy. But at the same time, the room was cold, because of the location of my room by the street, afterhours was much noisy than expected. Also, the layout location of the rooms were different. It almost felt like a maze and low hanging walkways and it was difficult in and out of hotel with large baggage without help. *most importantly, the advertising stated that there was wifi, but it was only in the ground floor. The receptionist stated tha because of the old building they weren't able to put it upstairs...hmmm dont think so. The whole state closes after sunset and there wasn't anything to do. Only if wifi was available.....

For the way I like to travel location was ideal, in a central location, yet off the main square and walkable to the bus station. Staff was great, friendly and helpful, room was clean, functional, and good size bath room. Bed comfortable. No issues.

Charming Pension
This hotel is centrally located and close to the castle, river etc. There is a great lookout point to the castle right next to the hotel. The room has lots of character and is very spacious. Some of the furniture looks antique and the ceiling in our room was wooden - very charming. The bed is comfortable and clean. The people at reception are friendly (Petr and I can't remember the girl's name who checked us in - but she helped carry our luggage up the stairs which was really nice). The only thing Id change about this place is the need to update the towels - they are quite thin and tatty. The wifi in our room was brilliant. I read that other guests had trouble, but ours was perfect. We were directly above reception - think room 12. The restaurant 'Tavern Two Marie's' a few streets away is really nice to visit. It overlooks the castle and river, the service and food are amazing.

Very nice people and a big, comfortable room.
The building our room was in was on a very steep lane. Of course, all of Krumlov is up and down. I was glad we only had carry luggage. The owner was as kind as could be. Free breakfast was lovely. The room was spacious and had wonderful windows we opened for a nice breeze. Pay with cash and save 5% - wish I would have known and brought cash. I would stay here again! We were only 2 people but the only room available was a room with an additional bedroom & twin bed. This would be GREAT for anyone traveling with another person or for 3 people. Separate spaces with a hallway and bathroom. Easy to get some privacy.

Excellent location. Easy access to most of the attractions, supermarket nearby, short walk from shopping areas and many choices of nice restaurants nearby. The room is very spacious. Luckily, we were provided a room with a fabulous view of the tower. Definitely would choose the hotel again during the next visit.

The location was great. Right in the centre of town. But the Wifi didn’t work great in the room. You pay for the location but the town is so small that being in the old town isn’t necessary.

Perfect stay for us, but need to climb stairs
Helpful staff, very large room, terrific breakfast buffet including coffee, eggs, cereals,fruit, yogurt (included in price). Building is 500 years old but had all of the amenities of modern life.Great heat, hot water, quiet. Didn’t bother us, but there are a flight of stairs and walk around the corner on a steep side street to access the room. So if stairs are a problem, check with them before booking. Just 3 minute walk to main plaza and about 6 minute walk to the base of the castle. Reception gave good recommendations for restaurants (such as Papa’s) and also arranged for taxi to pick us up at the hotel (even though it was pedestrian only time on the street) and take us to the bus station.

Beautiful quaint hotel in Cesky Krumlov.
Hotel Konvice was a great hotel. It was right in the centre of the old town and a quick walk to the sights and restaurants. Our room was beautiful and big. The staff were very helpful and answered all our questions about the town. We will definitely recommend it to our friends.
