me gusto la cercanía de todos los negocios puedes irte caminando a la central de autobús y ahí cerca todos los restaurantes y tiendas, a la vuelta venden un chocolate artesanal delicioso. El restaurante perfecto para descansar, sabanas almohadas y toallas limpias.

Unreliable and unhygienic
I got a last minute booking for a night at this hotel. The walls where thin. The bed was made nicely. But the toilet hadn’t even been flushed. It was very loud. I asked for shuttle service to the airport at 5am. I did receive a wake up call, but not until 5. The shuttle never showed and I had to take a taxi. The man working the front desk was clueless and tried to recharge me for the room. This will be my one and only stay.

not a good choice at the moment
the good points: a fair price for what you get as the place is clean and you get plenty of bed space and a shower room that actually has hot water the negative: the rooms are small and so overcrowded with beds that you actually are unable to walk around the beds without bumping into furniture even if you are careful. There is building work going on next door (the buildings are attached to each other and the walls are thin) and the knocking and drilling starts at 7 in the morning and goes on all day. The management have assured us that they are trying to do something about it but how successful their efforts are going to be is questionable

Pésimo servicio del personal, primero querían cancelar mi reservación por sobre cupo, después llegamos y nos dijeron que ya no tenían estacionamiento disponible, tuvimos que esperar 2 horas para que no hubiera tanta gente bañándose y poder tener agua caliente, la regadera no estaba limpia, había cabellos por todo el piso, finalmente tuve que esperar 30 minutos para que me dijeran si ya estaba pagada o no la reserva con expedía. Un ascooooo

En el hotel don Quijote en san Cristóbal hay muy poco estacionamiento, en el baño la regadera era muy incomoda x q salía muy poquita agua calienta y estaba uno bañándose pegados a las llaves o te salía hirviendo o muy fría no se podía nivelar, la atención del personal de recepción es muy buena muy amables lo único incomodo es que te hablaban para ir a mover el carro una vez fue a las 7 am y la otra a las 4 30 am

Les chambres sont minuscules, 2 personnes avec bagages dans une chambre ne peuvent pas bouger. Pas de fenêtres, pas de vue extérieure ou même de lumière du jour...

The hotel is very economical. Staff are very nice and try to help but speak NO English. That, coupled with my very poor Spanish made the stay very difficult. The hotel received groups of guests at late hours which were loud and kept me awake until 2 a.m. Noise resumed as early as 7 a.m.

Arrivée : accueil par la gérante, chambre a 2 lits au lieu de lit double qui sent mauvais l'humidité. Aucun souci pour changer avec un des réceptionnistes, hotel bien situé pour visiter la ville, confort sommaire, pas de pdj proposé mais bon souvenir dans l'ensemble.

Old hotel
They were nice. I arrived early and I got a room at that moment. I had to wait to get hot water. Very old toilet. Uncomfortable mattress to me. I only spent one night and it was good enough to me.

El hotel me gusto mucho, es muy tranquilo, cómodo y esta cerca de los andadores, lo que mas me gusto son los techos de teja, también que no hay perros callejeros, las banquetas a pesar de que son angostas, lucen muy bien por que están limpias, me gusto mucho el panorama de la ciudad, sus muros de adobe las adecuaciones de los locales comerciales respetando la base de las casas, estoy muy orgulloso por chiapas, pero muy triste por la delincuencia y la explotación de los comerciantes indígenas, daría mi vida si con ella cambiara la situación de esas mujeres y niños comerciantes indígenas, para que sean respetados y libres. Cosy, friendly & convenient!
Beautiful, cosy, conveniently located hotel in the heart of San Cristobal. Very friendly staff who were more than happy to help us out when we wanted to change rooms, ask for directions or even use their printer! I would definitely stay here again and the car park provided was extremely useful as well.
