위치적인 장점 외에는 장점은 별로인것 같아요. 아침식사도 부족하고 룸으로 가는 이동경로도 복잡하고 집기도 오래되어 작동이 안되는 것도 있어요. 직원들의 친절도는 반반인것 같아요

Offers parking
We could walk to Colosseum. It is just next to the Santa Maria Maggiore Basilica. Room was cosy. It has parking lot and offered parking even after checkout, although it is not kept watched by hotel.

절대 비추 호텔
잠을 제대로 못 잘 정도로 빈대(bedbug)에 물어뜯겼음. 이틀밤동안 30마리의 빈대를 잡은 듯. 다시는 가고 싶지 않은 호텔. 아침은 먹을 만 했음.

룸은 작아도너무작아 여행가방을 펼쳐놓을수도없으며 어둡고 에어컨성능도좋지않고 소리도 너무크게나서 잠을설칠정도이며 샤워부스 너무좁고 조식너무형편없습니다 단체투어 집합장소근처라접근성때문에ᆢ 후기보고어느정도예상은했지만너무관리가안된 낡은호텔! 트윈베드 예약했는데 더블룸주길래얘기했더니 룸없어서 못바꾼다고 그냥쓰라고 하질않나.. 4성호텔 절대아닙니다 도착하는 순간 후회 막급!환불되면 취소하고싶을정도로 최악의 호텔이었네요!!

Nice place to stay as reasonable price
It is not far from Termini station. The room size was reasonable but the room was not so comport as expected. The refrigerator was out of order during 4 days stay and the room was so hot and humid due to the air conditioner. The staff was so kind and there was a good restaurant near the hotel.

직원들이 매우 친절합니다. 새벽 6시 체크아웃 시 아침식사 도시락도 챙겨주구요. 테르미니 역에서 매우 가깝습니다. 다만 방이 좀 추워요. 전구도 두 개나 빼놓아서 아쉽구요.

탁월한 접근성과 무료 전용 주차
테르미니 역에서 매우 가깝고, 바티칸 투어, 시내투어, 남부 투어 등 한국인 투어를 위한 주된 집결 장소인 산타마리아 마조레 성당 바로 옆에 위치하여 대단히 편리하였습니다. 남부 투어 집결 시간이 아침 7시라서, 조식을 위한 시간이 없어서 호텔 측에 전날 미리 말씀을 드렸더니, 여행 동반자 8명 모두를 위한 조식을 개별적으로 싸 주었습니다. 호텔 전용 주차장에 차를 파킹 해 둘 수 있어서 차량 파손이나 도난에 대한 염려에서 벗어나 한결 가벼운 마음으로 여행할 수 있었습니다. 단, 성수기 때는 주차 공간이 부족할 수도 있을지 모릅니다.

편리한 위치에 있으나 방이 너무 좁음
3일간 이 호텔에 묵었습니다. 방이 너무 좁고 레스토랑에서 저녁식사를 시켰는데 주문이 제대로 들어가지 않아 매니저에게 얘기했더니 staff 에게 떠넘기고 서비스는 엄청 않좋았습니다. 비추천 합니다.

Hotel in einem historischen Gebäude direkt an einer der schönsten und wichtigsten Kirchen in Rom! Eigener Parkplatz, was für die Lage wirklich einmalig ist. Äußerst freundliches Personal. Die Einrichtung bzw. Zimmer sollten langsam renoviert werden, einiges ist ziemlich abgenutzt. Preis/Leistung ist unter Berücksichtigung der o.g. Punkte einigermaßen ok, ist eben Rom. Der einzige negative Punkt ist der Frühstuck. Sehr kleine Speisenauswahl, alles wir in sehr kleinen Mengen angeboten, Sie müssen permanent nach etwas fragen, dann wird es nachgefüllt. Kein Käse (in Italien !), jeder zweiter hat danach gefragt. Wie gesagt, das war eine einzige negative Überraschung, trübt das ganze Bild. Aber insgesamt zu empfehlen.

The hotel sounded like it would be "faded glory" and it was. The room was comfortable, staff were efficient and breakfast good, bearing in mind you don't usually get hot items in Italy.

Absolutely terrible... The first room we were given had a fridge that was not working, a nonworking TV, and nonworking lights. The shower head of our first room wouldn't even reach the stand for it, so we were forced to hold it the whole time. We were upgraded to their "best room" and all our luggage and items were moved to the new room without any warning or permission. They left a couple of items behind and it took a while to get them back. The 2nd room did not have warm water for showering, and the sink did not have cold water, only boiling water. we had bought a box of chocolate with 11 pieces of chocolates and when we left that morning and came back at night, only 4 were remaining, which means the cleaning staff probably ate them... the area was also terrible. I was pickpocketed on the same street on my phone was taken. Do not recommend this place

Good location and staff but rooms need refurbishin
Good location, only 10 minutes walk to Colosseum. Many restaurants, ice cream shops near by. Grocery store was just 2 minutes walk, taxi stand was across the road. The courtyard was very nice with ample seats. Staff were pleased and helpful, breakfast was reasonable. But hotel rooms and specially bathrooms are in need to repair and refurbish.

Stay Away
This place is disgusting. Door card didn't work twice. Room had a horrible smell. Breakfast was a joke. Parking was around the street in a very bad location for robbery.

Perfect stay for a vacay!!😊
It was wonderful the only negative was the room was too warm. So we just opened the windows and wore earplugs. The staff was Wonderful, helpful and friendly.

Bra läge. Fina historiska inomhusmiljöer. Bemötande vid ankomst var bra. Frukosten är ok men inte mer. Enkla saker som bestick finns inte? Städningens tidpunkt varierade. Ibland skedde den precis när vi kom från en aktivitet och var trötta. Hade barn med oss som då fick lägga sig ute i allmänna utrymmen.

【不満な点】 ・設備が全般的に古すぎ ・5泊中３回、洗面室で虫が発生 ・トイレの水が満タンになるのに５分程度かかる ・トイレ形状が古いことで、必ず大便がくっつく ・バスタブはあるものの栓がなく湯船につかれない ・備え付けの石鹸が泡立たない ・ベットの端が柔らかいことで睡眠中落ちそうになる ・１日は清掃後タオル系がすべて補充されてなかった ・朝食開始時間が守られなく、毎日１０～２０分程度おくれる 【良かった点】 ・ロケーション　　のみ

Un brin de nostalgie agréable
Bel endroit un peu « hors du temps », un vieux palace un peu décrépi mais charmant. Employés accueillants et à l’écoute. Chambres un peu vétustes mais en adéquation avec le lieu, les lits sont très confortables.

It is an antique hotel but they are doing the best they can to serve guests. A very nice place with a little garden in the middle of the first floor (the ground floor is floor 0). The place is clean but they can only do so much to make it look presentable. Staffs are nice and doing their best to help. They do speak English.

This is not a 4 star property by any means of imagination. 2 star at best. Cannt beat the location though.

Usufruiamo di questo hotel sin dal 2007 ogni volta che abbiamo necessità di recarci a Roma. Purtroppo abbiamo dovuto constatare però nel corso degli anni un progressivo decadimento e spersonalizzazione della struttura . In particolare la colazione questa volta ha proprio deluso sicuramente non all’altezza delle stelle dichiarate . Ciò nonostante rimane il punto di forza la posizione strategica ma qualche correzione / miglioria andrebbero assolutamente apportate per arrestare il decadimento.

It was so wonderful to be walking distance to what we needed. The staff explained to us how to use public transportation and that was so helpful. Stay here made getting around Rome very easy.
