Good dining options around the property, walking distance to the beach as it's a few metres away and close to the bus stop to go to the airport. On the other hand, it was a small room but it had all we needed for 1 night in el Arenal.

Very nice hotel, really happy with it. Extremely clean and tidy, room, bathroom and common areas are spotless and clean. Room was lovely and spacious. Nice big terrace too. Staff was kind and great, helping us always with a smile. Thank you all! The only bad thing to say is the noise: very difficult to sleep at night with all those drunk guys si going and screaming in the middle of the night. Area is good and safe, but far too noisy at night

The staff were helpful and friendly, the check-in was smooth. However, the property doesn’t worth the price we paid, the bed was uncomfortable, the furniture and shower were old. For a people who taking a car, it was quite hard to find a parking area.

Garau good

Garaut Petit was perfect for our 3 night stay. Easy digital check-in when we arrived late, VERY clean, daily service of room, clean towels etc and mini fridge was much appreciated. All great for our purposes. Only negatives were small room- but i knew this and was given option to change. No kettle, which i didnt expect. I will definitely return though, as great location near beach.

The hotel is small. Our room could not be described as spacious, either. However, it is very centrally located in s'Arenal not to mention that is has excellent connectivity to both Palma de Mallorca airport and the city. Our room had a mansard style balcony, with views over the streets and the square. The check-in process was fully automated, we did not see or speak to anyone. It was all codes and cards. Very 2022, but it did work and we only stayed the night so not a big drawback.

For the price, the stay is great. Has all the basic things and is clean, we had an outdoor space too which is great especially for the Space. The staff/owners seem lovely however it is staffed certain hours a day just an fyi. The location is hmm interesting, seems to be a very busy spot but for me personally I wouldn’t stay in the area again. Dirty and trashy, close to main road with beaches and bars etc but all the food places nearby are terrible. The only ick we had ( 3 night stay ) was the rooms aren’t cleaned properly while you are there? They say they do daily room service but all they did was make the bed… they didn’t even provide daily fresh towels which is a bit poor. Overall, for price food stay for the accomodation but they need to work on their room servicing.

Great location, only 2 mins walk to the beach. Staff was very kind and helpful. Huge terrace with sun beds was a bonus. Very safe and secure hotel. Easy check-in on automated device outdoors. Cons - walls are thin and you could hear other guests which disrupted sleep. Shower very small and hard to shower without banging arms and legs. Bed was uncomfortable. Didn’t have a proper nights sleep throughout my stay here. Due to the bed and the noise of other guests. Overall a ok stay here if you’re looking for somewhere near the beach and a safe hotel to stay in for few nights.

The bathroom here was terrible. The toilet was on one side of the room and the sink on another, so if you got up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, you got to stumble to two locations to go. Both bathrooms were tiny. I had to straddle the toilet to close the door. They both were an annoying half step taller than the bathroom - another fun feature when using the bathroom in the middle of the night. And the shower literally was a one square foot area base. I was claustrophobic taking a shower. The area is also disgusting. Not the hotel's fault, but with so many nice places on the island, paying $200 to stay at this hotel in this area was ridiculous.

More than we expected

The total stay was amazing. It was me, my wife and our 2.6 year child. The hotel is 2 min walking from the beach, and all restaurants are just beside you. The hotel was quiet at night, the neighborhood as well which is rare since you are in mallorca. The room is big enough with a beautiful balcony and a big bathroom and shower. The staff is very friendly, they are a father and his son. The only thing that were not comfortable was the bed mattress, it was a bit hard, to be honest im not saying it was bad, but its not that comfortable at the same time. I would ofcourse come back to this hotel in our next visit.
