Positive: Good location, 1 hour to the airport with the Picadilly line. Quiet place. Negative: the shower water was freezing on the 1st day, burning on the 2nd day, we couldn't shower any day. Normal breakfast (don't expect much) bread, cereals, coffee, juice and milk

Didn't stay in the hotel I booked as they own another one 2 doors down. I was in a basement room that was very musty and smelt (but didn't see) damp. Bathroom was so small it wasn't useable. Couldn't even use the toilet if the door was closed and I'm only 5'6". Location good, blue lion pub around the corner was great

De kamer was ontzettend oud, alles was smoezelig, slechte bedden en geen warme douche. Ontbijt is ronduit slecht. In een groezelige keuken kun je zelf een broodje in de brood rooster doen, veel beleg is er niet. Branddeuren die dicht moeten blijven staan structureel open met kartonnetjes zodat deze ook niet dicht kan. Geen aanrader.

They say you get what you pay for, unfortunately this was what we paid for and regretted doing so. The hotel was spread over two buildings, we had to exit the main building and enter our block a couple of doors down. The hotel was very scruffy, poorly maintained and dirty. The shower had two settings, ice cold then scolding hot. The walls were thin and poorly soundproofed which we discovered in the early hours when we were rudely awoken by what can only be described as a howler monkey on viagra, we are all for people enjoying themselves but we prefer not to be kept awake by a couples marathon performance. Would we stay there again? After about two hours sleep we would have been better sleeping on the benches at the station so definitely not.

Not a very pleasant experience - from the tired facilities to the lights not working in the bathroom, the 20 minute wait to get any hotwater and the rather limited breakfast. Not a great stay.

Old hotel which is very dated. Old and dirty carpets. Poor ventilation. Bathroom is a 2x6 foot plastic cabin which barely fits a grown adult. Upholstery hasn't been renewed in decades. The next door neighbor was a noisy person who played loud TV till 1 in the morning and smoked, but wasn't told to stop any of these. We (family of 3) had to check out within 1 day of our stay at considerable extra cost. Would surely give it a miss.

Hotel doesn’t clean into rooms! Used condom was found next to the bed on arrival. Room hadn’t been properly cleaned (or even tidied), not sure if sheets were washed but they were very poor quality and beds were not made. The room was also unbearably hot as the faulty radiator couldn’t be adjusted. The floor was uneven and creaked very loudly at the slightest movement. The hotel staff loudly knocked on the room door an hour before the checkout time and persisted until we were woken up. Receptionist was rude and unprofessional, she continued her personal FaceTime call for several minutes while I waited at the desk to talk to her.

Horrid , smelled , dark , damp , uncomfortable , dirty , scabby rotten , tiny cramped noisy , it covered all the areas of awful , and no breakfast is not included despite their lies , its a few cereal containers a loaf of bread a toaster and a microwave , radiators you cant turn off , so room is boiling open the window and its like being beside a race track , dont go near it its a complete shambles and a mess, backpackers would not stay here thats how god aweful the place is

Very small room that does the trick if you're there just to sleep. The bathroom looked like it had been taken out of an RV. The biggest issue next to the bathroom was definitely the price as it was 170€/night.

I understand the accommodation was 2 star but the room size and en-suite was remarkably small. I suppose it is the centre of london just don’t expect too much absolute basic and no more, but it was relatively clean.

We now know why this property was much cheaper than the others we looked at. There was no elevator so we carried luggage up three flights of narrow stairs. There was no air conditioning and with it raining the room was muggy and hot. The Wi-Fi didn’t work. The bathroom was smaller than our rv bathroom. The window had to be open for air and there was no screen on it. The beds felt like they were box springs only and the platforms they were on were old and stained. The room was so small we had to put our suitcases behind the bed. The only positive I can think of is that the sheets and pillows seemed clean.

Avoid this hotel. Horrible. Expensive.
The worst hotel we have ever been in using Hotels.com. Dirty. TV did not work. Wifi did not work. Cramped. Unfriendly staff. Night staff could not fix the tv. We would have cancelled the second night if we could have. Photos were totally misleading. Room was very cramped. Not fit for 4 people. Stairs were unsafe. Shower a joke, like a telephone box. Also unsafe. No help with our bags. Breakfast included but only a continental breakfast. Do not recommend. Overpriced.

Par où commencer...
Seule l'hôtesse qui a fait le check-in était souriante. Les hommes à l'accueil sont loin d'être accueillant, personne n'a proposé de m'aider à monter ma valise. La chambre: pas super propre, pas de papier toilette dans la salle d'eau, heureusement que j'ai vérifié avant d'y aller, il y en avait de disponible dans la chambre. Je n'ai pas osé m'asseoir sur la chaise à la propreté douteuse. Lorsque l'on s'assoit sur le bord du lit on a l'impression qu'il va basculer, pas de protection du matelas hormis le drap qui n'est pas bordé de tout les côtés donc le matelas est à découvert dès que l'on se retourne. Grand jour sous la porte, le sol n'est manifestement pas droit. Tout grince. La sonnette de l'accueil qui sonne une bonne partie de la nuit. Pas de clim ni de ventilateur. Après tout ça je n'ai pas osé tester le petit déjeuner, je suis partie le plus tôt possible le matin. J'ai laissé ma clé à l'accueil comme indiqué, un homme est sorti derrière moi et m'a interpellée pour que je laisse la clé...
