셔틀빼고는 모두 불만족
바닥은 몹시 더러웠고, 수건은 다른 머리카락이 많이 묻어있었습니다. 공항 셔틀 저체는 좋았지만 청결이나 서비스에서는 모두 불만족입니다.

무료셔틀과 비교적 낮은 호텔가격
일단 무료셔틀이 운영되는 점이 최고 장점이었고 몇군데 구경할 곳이 가깝다고 들었지만 이용해보지는 못했음. 내부시설은 전반적으로 깔끔했음. 가격도 다른 공항호텔에 비해 좋았음.

공항이랑 가깝고 무료 셔틀버스를 운영하는게 가장 큰 장점. 단점은 샤워 물 수압이 낮고 서비스로 생수가 없음. 마실 물을 미리 사서 가는걸 추천.

전반적으로 만족합니다만...
암스테르담을 중심으로 여러 도시를 오가는 일정을 잡았던 입장에서 호텔의 위치는 탁월했습니다. 공항까지 무료 왕복 셔틀은 엄청난 이점이었습니다. 조식도 기본에 충실했습니다. 빵과 과일 커피 등 맛있었고, 직접 해주는 오믈렛도 좋았습니다. 그런 장점들에도 불구하고 나쁜 인상을 받을 수 밖에 없었던 건 함께 묶었던 동료들이 방을 비우는 동안 현금을 도둑맞았다는 겁니다. 캐리어 안쪽에 넣어둔 400유로가 사라지는가 하면 또 다른 사람은 한국돈 뭉치가 사라졌습니다. 객실에 금고가 있었기 때문에 책임이 없다고 주장할 수도 있겠지만 기본적으로 소양이 안 된 직원들이 청소를 하고 있는 게 아닌가 의심되는 대목입니다. 나중에 이 호텔을 이용하는 사람들에겐 귀중품을 반드시 금고에 넣을 것을 권하는 바입니다.

We arrived at 10pm on April 15th to check in. The staff gave us a key to our room. The room was still completely dirty from the previous guests. We came back down and waited another hour while they had to get staff in to clean our room. After the room was “cleaned” the coffee cups were still found to be dirty. We discussed our stay with the front desk staff the next morning and he said he was emailing the manager and they would arrange for reimbursement . We also followed up ourselves with an email to the manager. It is now a week later and we haven’t heard anything back. Throughly disappointed. Last thing you want after a big day of travel and arriving late.

There was a false fire alarm at 2:30am and it lasted for 30min but none of the staff explained and apologized about it. Also, we experienced no electricity for 5min in a sudden because of the short circuit from the restaurant kitchen. No apologies for it either.

Convenient for those trying to get a free shuttle ride to the airport and want a more spacious inexpensive room than what you can find in Amsterdam. However the hotel signage was poor and several taxi drivers had trouble finding the hotel. Also no free bottled water or place to refill bottles and rooms were poorly lit.

It's nice that they have a free shuttle to and from the Schiphol airport. The room was okayish but dusty. It was a quiet area however, fire alarm went off for more than half an hour, in the middle of the night, people where all in the front lobby waiting what on to do the staff did not even reassured the people, it turned out it was a false alarm!

They scammed me. We had a reservation and when we arrived at the property, the staff asked us to book another room as we had a child traveling with us. Splitting into two rooms was not just inconvenient but very expensive. Stay away from this property. They came up with an absurd rule to make money from us.

Ordentliches Flughafenhotel. Fenster nicht zu öffnen. Freundlicher Empfang. Prakrischer kostenloser Shuttle und Parkplatz. Frühstück nicht günstig aber gut sortiertes Buffet. Modern eingerichtetes normal großes Zimmer und ordentliches Bad.

Only stayed here one night to be close to the airport. The hotel seemed to be pretty short staffed for the amount of people staying there. There was no hot breakfast at the buffet for over 30 minutes which is pretty disappointing as well.

Location and shuttle service were great. Room was spacious and clean for the most part. Only rating 3 stars as a couple of staff let themselves into my room at 9am when I was a sleep which made me somewhat uncomfortable

When we arrived to check in the staff were sitting towards the back of office, feet up. We waited several minutes until the man decided to come over and begin the process. I mention this because while we were waiting, the front desk phones were ringing non stop and the staff were not bothered by it, they didn't come over to answer the calls. I had reserved to rooms, one was dirty, the beds were full of hairs and the room needed attention. The second room heating control button was broken so we were very cold in our rooms. We had to put on extra clothes. We tried calling the front desk but the phone just rang and rang. They never picked it up. The staff were not available and we were tired so we just let it go. I would stay again as it was convenient however I wish I would have booked elsewhere. Also, bring earplugs as the planes fly over.

The height of the towel racks and lack of extras for hand towels for drying once used. Everyone is not 6 feet tall. It would be nice to have a bath math when one comes out of shower. The floor was quite cold. Also the mirror for face care is way too high It almost seems whoever designed the room was only thinking of self and not the clients

The receptionist not reliable, i asked for my invoice at checkout and they told me they will send it via emails. (Because he could access the computer). After 2weeks I'm still awaiting the invoice. Not a place I'll want to visit again, dont think the prices was worst it. Its very close to the airport, and close to near by amenities. If u need to just sleep over to catch a early flight its ok to stay.

I discussed with counter about changing the check in date, the counter agreed. But when I check in, they said it's not available, I have to pay another room. Very bad experience.
