Ci siamo trovate molto bene in questa struttura, la posizione è ottima, a soli quattro passi dal centro. Il proprietario è stato molto cordiale e disponibile. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

pas de parking il faur se garer à l'extérieur et c'est payant 18euros pour une nuit le bac à douche est tres petit pour des grands gabarits ce n'est pas recommandé et pas tres propre. il n'y a pas de petits dejeuner sur place en fait, ce sont des chambres dans un immeuble

Soggiorno molto positivo, la reception, nella persona del Sig. Sergio, è stata eccellente. Persona cordiale e molto disponibile. Stanza confortevole, pulizia eccellente, prezzi ottimi, location centrale. Genova, città bellissima e da scoprire. La visiteremo ancora e ritorneremo sicuramente al Soana.

Very clean, modern hotell in a good location of Genoa. Walking distance to the center, shopping, restaurants and bars. The owner is so helpful and friendly. If you stay here you would be so pleased.

Wonderful stay in the heart of Genoa
Third time visiting this hotel bang in the centre of Genoa, but the first time as a family. The family room was really large and very comfortable. Sergio is very friendly and helpful and the central location cannot be beat. Even the old lift to the fourth floor is a bit of an adventure. There are plenty of places for breakfast just a few metres away, so no problems there. Will definitely be back!

Si ha subito una buona impressione guardando l'hotel da fuori arrivando. Se sei stanco puoi iniziare a riposarti appena sali in ascensore dove troverai un comodo sedile rivestito in velluto rosso.

Basic and convenient
This hotel was very conveniently located for my purposes and only a 10 -15 minute walk to the old city and the waterfront (aquarium, etc.). The rooms are basic but clean, the staff friendly and English-speaking. It occupies the 4th floor of a building and after hours one needs to buzz to enter. The desk is not manned from 1 AM to 7 AM. Wi-Fi in the bar area but not rooms, and this was not functioning during my visit. Even given the basic nature of the accommodations and services the price was a bargain.

Super Lage zu einem sehr günstigen Preis
Wir waren vom 4.9. bis 7.9 im Soana. Das Hotel liegt mit in der Stadt und man kann von hieraus alles zu Fuß erreichen. Das Hotel verfügt über alle notwendigen Annehmlichkeit die man braucht. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich. Nachts ist es allerdings etwas laut...aber das ist in italienischen Großstädten so. Frühstücken waren wir immer in Bars die über alle zu finden sind. Cappuccino 1,3€ und ein Croissant 1€ das war überraschend günstig. Diese Bar befindet sich beim Hotel um die Ecke. Unseren PKW konnten wir gegenüber der Straße in einer Tiefgarage vergünstigt abstellen (12€pro Tag). Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder in dieses Hotel gehen ,da wir noch lange nicht alles von Genua gesehen haben.

Better than a 2* but curfew is a setback
I thought this hotel deserves more than a 2* rating. It was clean, comfortable and has the facilities you'd expect from a 3* hotel (en suite bathroom, air conditioning, WIFI, TV, minibar). It is also in quite a good location, less than a 10 minute walk away from the historic city centre. The staff were also friendly and helpful. The only problem I had with this hotel (and it is quite a big one) is that there is a curfew of 1am (2am on Saturdays), which wasn't well publicised when making the booking. I suppose this is because it only occupies one floor in a shared building but it's still not ideal. Overall it's a decent hotel and offers good value for money, but the curfew is something to be wary of!

As long as your needs are simple and basic, this hotel will be fine. Location was great, the staff very pleasant, and wifi was okay. For the price I was happy!

Raggiungibile dalla stazione dei treni comodamente a piedi. Camera piacevole alla vista, confortevole e ben pulita. Purtroppo la finestra era affacciata su via XX Settembre per cui dalla strada arrivava inevitabilmente un po' di rumore Unica pecca se si vuole fare tardi: la reception chiude alle 2.

Piacevole sorpresa.
Ho scelto l'hotel per la viscinanza ad un impegno che avevo nella giornata di sabato. E' stata una piacevole sorpresa scoprire il parcheggio a pochi metri convenzionato. L'albergo nella sua semplicità aveva tutto quello di cui avevo bisogno, letto comodo, bagno pulito e personale molto cortese. Sinceramente estremamente positivo ad un prezzo molto molto competitivo.

L'albergo è a due passi dal centro storico.
Ho trascorso quattro giorni in giro per la città visitandola in lungo e in largo, tassativamente a piedi. Direi che ne è valsa la pena.

Ordentliches Hotel in Fin de Siecle-Bau
Hotel liegt in einer Etage eines prächtigen genueser Bürgerhauses aus der Jahrhundertwende (1913) mit hohen Decken einschl. der alten Verzierung, dem alten Fahrstuhl usw. und liegt an einer Magistrale relativ nahe der Altstadt. Es ist von der Ausstattung eher einfach, ist aber sauber und enthält alles Notwendige. Der Empfang war freundlich.

best budget hotel in central genoa. The staff was very helpful. However hotel is not very well acoomodated with tea/ coffee for that you have to go out. Pls note this hotel is based on 4th floor of a building (small hotel). Sonia the receptionist was very welcoming.
