Clean, but in Dire need of restoration. Very limited amenities. No on site parking, street parking $4/hr or parking garage, 10 min walk away. It was right across from the beach. But the hotel across the streets likely better.

it really was disappointing, service at the front desk was bad! we got stuck in the elevator none one would help us we had to open it by ourselves!! they never took the time to clean our run , we used the same towels for 3 days straight!! the room was really cold! and plus the was construction going on the side making huge noise!! im sorry but it was disappointing!

The room smells bad (humid). There is no parking. Woke up at 4 am thirsty and with a headache. I couldn’t get a bottle of water in the hotel. The person at the front desk told me to go to CVS to buy water. I couldn’t believe that a hotel doesn’t have a bending machine at least. Or at front desk. I could pay for it.

The hotel was stinking from the ground floor Subway restaurant. In our room there was mold on the celeing. They never cleaned up.

The place has known better days. Saturday night was a zoo: women screaming in the hotel, loud music, walls were thin. Thankful the hotel was semi-affordable, but know what to expect.

Be aware that there is NO PARKING available at this hotel. If you bring a car, you’ll have to pay to park a mile or more away. You can hear perfectly right through the door into the hallway. My room was by the elevator and it was super noisy all night long, making it hard to sleep, The sink in the bathroom was propped up with a board and the ceiling above the shower had been poorly patched from water damage. Still looks like it OSS going to cave in. Room was super small but clean. Staff were super helpful and friendly.

Gute Lage, leider nicht sehr sauber.
Das Hotel liegt sehr gut, nahe am Strand. Es handelt sich um ein sehr ausgefallenes Hotel. Die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung, allerdings schon sehr veraltet. Von den Angestellten wurden wir stets freundlich behandelt. Die Sauberkeit ist verbesserungsbedürftig. Viel Staub und Haare am Teppichboden und die Bettlaken waren auch nicht ganz sauber.

Ocean Spray Hotel
Ocean Spray was cool nothing to brag about, would I stay there again no! I never stay at the same hotel twice. Would I recommend the hotel, I would if someone is looking for a cost sufficent hotel but other than that no. The plus about the hotel is that it is literally less than 5 minutes from the beach and walking distnace to the fountainblieu hotel and club Liv if your into partying.

The air conditioning was out for our stay and it was extremely warm. The hotel is old and could use updating. The hotel decor is unique so when I say updating I don't mean to hotel decor but the bathrooms and carpet in a hotel room. Great location. Parking super expensive in the area but it's Miami Beach. The staff was nice.

Elevator wasn’t working the second day so we had to walk up seven flights of stairs. Lobby and furniture in room was outdated.

Very dirty... disorganized..... No pool... No parking... The lobby is extremely old and outdated... The carpet in the room was extremely dirty and smelled. The bathroom is falling apart. We Had to pay expensive off-site parking. The clerk that checked us in was very rude

Sencillamente no es un lugar para dormir, todas las noches hay demasiado escándalo,el hotel no tiene ninguna regla. El elevador no funciona. Tienen un tapete a la entrada exageradamente SUCIO. El personal 90scortez Un subway DENTRO de el hotel Con gente todo el día entrando y saliendo. TERRIBLE, lastima de hubicacion. NUNCA REGRESARÉ.

Most staff was nice. But there was Mauricio who threatened to call the cops because my two children were falling asleep on the couch while we were waiting til 3pm check in. Even though they had a room available, they would not give it to me unless I paid an extra $50 fee. No pool. Rooms were very very low quality for the price we paid and the area. I would never stay there again.

Some things said about this hotel kind of is out there but I see where they are coming from. I mean you are in an old building that lasted some hard Miami years. You are ocean side in an historic district. It pretty much took us back in time. There are some things I would change if it were my hotel but it is what it is. Beds were clean and comfy, enough for a family that has been on the road for awhile. Guess my only real complaint would be the bad wi fi and funky bathroom smell. The employees in subway were nice even though they are always busy. Folks at check in made it easy and simple like any other hotel I have been to. Its not bad just dont expect much and enjoy your vacation for what it is.

Awful and cheap
My wife and I got to the hotel to find no parking exept street parking for $10 with a max of 3 hours. It took 20 minutes for someone to come to the front desk and then we were told we can pay $8 to park in a garage half a mile away. The room itself was average, but there was no coffee maker as listed or microwave. The ac barely worked.
