Hotel is great, room experience was not great
I stayed at this hotel for two nights for our travel to Boston. This hotel is in a relatively safe area. If area safety is your concern, I'd highly recommend this hotel. Complimentary morning breakfast at this hotel is of great quality. In my room, I had difficulties with the hair dryer. My guess is, some of the previous guests messed up with the dryer such that, the small round net part which takes in the air was messed up with hairs of guests. I tried to clean it myself, but it didn't work. I travel a lot, but I never had this kind of experience. I chose not to use the filthy messy hair dryer during my stay. I think that the blames go to the previous guests, but this hotel also needs to have a protocol in which housekeepers at least have some visual inspections of the hair dryer for just 5 seconds.

서비스는 개선이 필요한 것 같습니다.
체크인은 시간이 오래걸렸고, 방은 좁고 어둡고 일단 이상한 냄새가 났어요. 무엇보다도 도로변과 가까워서 차 소리가 심하게 들어왔어요. 다만 숙소 앞에 지하철역이 인근 교통편이나 조식은 괜찮았네요.

매우 만족스러웠습니다
객실은 매우 청결했고 지하철도 매우 가깝고 하버드로 가는 버스 정류장도 가까웠습니다. 조식도 메뉴가 다양하지는 않았지만 가격대비 매우 훌륭했고, 길건너에 북쪽으로 조금 더 올라가면 star mart인가 대형슈퍼가 있어 잘 이용하였습니다.

They need to improve Lost and found systrm.
I stayed on July 5 & 6 nights. Unfortunately I forgot to pack my favorite dress and shirts from the closet and realized it next morning in the other city. Right after I realized it, I called the hotel but they said they had nothing very briefly. I don't understand how they were gone. I'm 100% sure to leave my clothes there in the closet. It was just one day. Of course forgetting clothes is my fault but I believe the hotel service should include the things about lost and found for their customers. Why do I pay the hotel fee and tips for house keeper? You Marriot is very famouse and creditable hotel. So I think you should feel more responsibility about customer's lost and improve the lost and found system.

I stayed at this property two separate times both for a three day period. The staff was attentive to my needs, and the hotel was very clean. The same people were working the front desk one one year to the other. The hotel is within walking distance to Publix transportation as well.

What i like: consistent Marriott standards of quality What i did not like: the $40 parking fee for on site parking. The level 2 charger for EV is nice, but there is only one!!!!

For Boston, the property was reasonably priced. The decor was really nice and the environment was also really nice. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was very friendly. It was conveniently located. Parking was good. The only complaint I had was that the beds were very uncomfortable and I wished I would’ve brought my own pillow. That along with the sound of the train made for a very difficult night of sleep.

Close to Charles Playhouse in Boston...
We decided to see the Blue Men Group in Boston, and wanted to be close but in a comfortable area. From check in to check out, the customer services was superb. Easy, fast and without wait.The team working during the weekend made us feel welcome and were very knowledgeable of the area. Great location safe and accessible to transportation and the nearby venues. We will be back.

I did not like that. In addition to our room price there was a $40 parking fee. Isn’t parking normally included in all hotels stays? And, There was no room in the parking lot, so we had to park in an adjacent lot with horrible lighting. In the event you are forced to park in this said lot, ask for an escort.

The room was not cleaned once during our 3 night stay. We were told it would be cleaned every two days. They had no towels and they could not give us towels because we arrived back late. Pails were filled. Very disappointing
