"Nice apartment with everything you need and a convenient location — about a 20-minute walk to the Duomo/Catedral. The place is comfortable and well equipped. One problem: the AC didn’t cool and only produced heat — an issue I’ve often encountered in Europe. If cooling is important, double-check with the host beforehand"

My family were treated like royalty, and all we did was show up looking really tired after a delay filled 24 hour journey. This human touch was really appreciated by my family. We can't express our thanks enough. We look forward to returning and spending more time in such a wonderful hotel and city. Dining and rooms awesome also, suite easily supported the 5 of us."
