At Oasis Resort and Spa ,we love what we do and take our work seriously. Indeed wi-fi signal is not the best in the rooms, however they are excellent in the restaurant,lobby and common areas. Mobile signals are not strong but we don't run the mobile companies. Our Hot water comes from solar power and sometimes it takes a good 5 minutes before the water turns hot specially when it is raining. At Oasis Resort and Spa we would rather offer you something we feel is more valuable than a free toothbrush, like a free 1 hr massage every night of your stay so you can relax, after all you are on vacation. We also offer a free made to order breakfast with complimentary juice and coffee so you can get ready for the day at the beach. We do not offer complimentary bottled water but we have a free water cooler that you can use to fill your containers. Did you know that geckos eat a great amount of mosquitoes and other bugs? We can eradicate the gecko population but we would end up using chemicals to kill the other bugs. We prefer to let nature takes its course, after all you are in the tropics. People pay big bucks to have them as pets and you can see them here as nature would have it. It is true that we receive a commission for the activity. We have a contract with activity suppliers that we get something for giving them guests. This is a common practice in hospitality trade, whether you are in Boracay or Disneyland but the price remain the same whether you book with us or go directly to the source. The difference is we provide the transportation where the source does not and we would refund your money if the activity did not materialize. We do apologize if you did not enjoy the activity, that is not in our control. You best complain to them. We do not get any commission on tricycle rides. I hope nobody does as the drivers are small operators and need their income to survive. You decided to buy an activity on the beach and lost your money because it was cancelled.You have no receipt, no name to give and no idea who this person is. You asked us for help and I went there that evening to assist you. In fact I looked for that person for 3 days to see if I can find a way to return your money that you lost. This is beyond the scope of our operations but this is what we do to all our guests. In fact even as you have written an unfair review, we still will try to find that person that took your money with the hopes of your money being returned to you, why? it is the right thing to do . Vårt läge är 20 minuter från staden och vissa kan det vara irriterande långt och många är det en bra plats på grund av lugn lugn och en bra plats att koppla av.
