โThe Glidden House has become my new favorite property in Cleveland. The Glidden is unique and full of history. I love its distinctive history and feel. Location is a huge plus. An easy walk to museums, Little Italy, Case Western Reserve and the Cleveland Clinic. Perfect location in a scenic location. Staff is extremely friendly and rooms are spacious and well appointed.โ

Payment system is THE problem. It made a payment twice everyday automatically and hotel staff has nothing to fix during the weekend. โ
โThis hotel room is cleaned every 3 days. On the 1st cleaning day, only towels were replaced, but no bed sheets and no pillow covers were replaced.
On the 2nd cleaning day after 3 days later, I asked to clean the room in the morning, but no one showed. So I went to front desk and requested cleaning the room, then front desk replied cleaning would last until 5 pm, so she asked me to wait. When I came back at 7pm, the room wasn't cleaned, so the bed sheets and pillow covers were never replaced...
โThis is our third time staying here. The property is charming and unique. It is located near the heart of the city and so much can be reached by walking down Franklin St. and the adjacent neighborhoods staring at the rich collection of antique homes. Nice common areas, a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of coffee help the quests meet and chat. Check-in is easy. Off street parking that is in a locked and gated lot behind the building is a big plus. We will stay again. โ
โProperty was amazing! Great spot right in downtown Cleveland. We were upgraded to a suite for our stay and it was an amazing experience! Caden at the front desk is a gem and every other staff member was kind and attentive. Would definitely recommend staying here if ever in the area again. โ
โA wonderful hotel in a great areaโ perfectly clean place, friendly staff, big room. Literally the ONLY negative thing I can say about it is that the bed was not very comfy, agreed upon by my wife; we both slept pretty poorly, but there were also other personal factors, so we could have just been having a weird night, as neither of us are usually very picky about mattresses (or maybe weโre just getting oldโฆ). Anyway, great hotelโ I would stay here again if I were back in town. โ
