It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in in my life. The first room I was offered smelled bad as soon as I entered. The water didn't come out strong, the water was cold, and the TV didn't work. When I complained, I told them that the water from the original shower was not hot, so I moved them to another room, but the water in that room came out hot. It was a lie. The door key to the other room did not work over time, so I changed it three times, the bathroom was dirty, and the toilet kept making noises and I couldn't sleep. It is foolish to pay to stay here.

I normally stay at Comfort Suites, and they're clean. This one was ran down. Workers smoking right where you walk in. The entrance door in the back of the hotel was broken. Got to my room and the drawers were open at each night stand, cobb webbs on the light fixtures, doors were filty. The hotel had a musky smell. There are strip clubs right by it. Just did not feel safe. Heard car alarms in the hotel parking lot going off in the middle of the night.

The breakfast was great. The building was clean. The staff were so nice. The fixtures were a little dated and could use an update but otherwise i dont really have anything to complain about.

So we had a reservation booked from 7/5-7/8 we checked in and paid went to our room and within10mins saw roaches in the daylight! We immediately took pictures then went down to talk to the manager on duty - showed him the pics and asked for a refund. He said he would refund us and apologized. Well it’s 11/28 and we still haven’t received our refund. Called Expedia to see if they could get our money back since we booked thru them and they said they would call the hotel and get our refund. Well today I get an email saying they will not be refunding us our money per the hotel. I would never stay here or book thru Expedia ever again spend a little more money to get quality service! Read the reviews about the roaches I wish I had before booking!

The place was run down. Pipes and fittings were rusty. The toilet was terrible. It was so low to the floor it was almost a squatter. The water level in the toilet was so high it almost touched your bum. For men, it presented an altogether different and disgusting problem. The A/C was noisy. My room fronted Richmond Ave. with light and noise. Travelocity people should have been given inside rooms without the light and noise issues. I would not stay there again.

Everything was ok..Except during checkout, I was told that i needed to deposit of 25.00. However, when I returned home, there was a $53.00 charge on my bank account? Eventhough I cleaned the room before I left? I need answers!

Besides it being 102 outside , and not being told the pool doesn't work but finding out only after id gotten ready for it and couldn't get a refund he said oh you should have said your wanted to use the pool before you paid. Then I could get inside through any outside door except the very front even tho I had to park in the back of the building. The room was musty and the back of the bathroom door and the wall by the light switch were filthy.
