The hotel was clean and the staff was great. The manager made everyone feel welcomed. The hotel was easy to get to. We found that we were located about 30 minutes from everything. For the price, this hotel exceeded our needs.

All staff were happy to help and answer questions

Staff were wonderful and very accommodating. It was a fun and wild weekend. We had to change rooms due to my disability but there was no fuss and very quick.

It was good, we had a little problem with our air conditioning in our room, but they were able to get us accommodated and switch to another room quickly. The pool was needing some attention, but they called their pool guys. Hopefully, it’s fixed now.

My daughter and I really enjoyed your front desk staff this weekend beginning with Ky and her accommodating services. There was an issue with the bathroom light fixture, and she assigned us another wonderful room without hesitation. We met with the other ladies the rest of the weekend and everyone was very friendly. I would highly recommend staying at this facility.

The good: hotel is well kept, clean and generally in a safe area. Breakfast was changed daily and free. Staff was helpful. Hotel is conveniently located with many various dining options within 5-8mins drive. Hotel is near fwy, toll roads and gas station. Not bad to stay for few days within Cypress area

Perfect for our travels

Always a go to when we go to the races or an event on the same side of town. Convenient and quiet. Staff is very accommodating and easy to speak with. Highly recommend.

So-so experience

The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable, but the included breakfast buffet was paltry and not up to standard. There were very few options to choose from. The pancakes were cold and rubbery and the rest of the offerings were just "OK."
