I had a wonderful experience during my recent stay at Hampton Inn & Suites. Brooke at the front desk provided exceptional customer serviceโshe was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, all with a warm smile. The hotel overall was clean and well-maintained. Our room was spotless, everything was in working order, and nothing was broken or out of service. The shower had plenty of hot water, which was a pleasant surprise after previous stays at other hotels where the water barely got lukewarm.
The location was also a major plusโsituated in a safe neighborhood within walking distance of restaurants and HEB. If I had to find one area for improvement, it would be the coffee in the lobby, which was consistently cold both in the morning and evening throughout our stay. However, the generous noon check-out time more than made up for that minor inconvenience.
Hampton Inn & Suites has earned my loyalty. Iโll be choosing them for all of my future travels, and I sincerely hope every location in the chain lives up to the standard set by this one. With service and quality like this, Hampton Inn & Suites just might bring travelers back from Airbnb to traditional hotel stays.
