I got there at 3:00 a.m. look for about 4 hours by 11:00 a.m. I had to leave because it was check out time now why do they charge me full price as if I was there 24 hours when I was literally there for only like fraction of the time yet I pay full price for only a few hours I really would like my money back besides this I never had anything on this hotel nothing to complain about this is not fair only a few hours and I get to charge full price as if I was there the whole day

Location was good, staff seemed good, roaches and the constant dogs barking is something I can do without. The Motel 6 in Webster is MUCH better

First time experiencing a motel and last time to make that choice… The Staff was good but the hotel was very dirty.. the wall way was unacceptable (smelly and dirty carpet)..My room got roaches and when approached the staff took note and said they will send cleaners the next morning.. Too much noice, and random knock to your room; It was unsafe because for the 3 nights spent, there has been at least twice a day a police intervention in the motel.. I will not stay at any motel anytime ever ..

My sheets were stained and dirty.. there was other customers in the hallway, being noisey, there wasn’t any vending machines or any type of way to snack or get snacks. I seen a few roaches in the restroom During the early morning. Also the housekeeper was rude, she knocked to let us know it’s check out time, as we were already getting things already, I let her know that I was about to leave just getting a few things.. she stated “oh God.” I kept track of my time, it was not even 11:00am yet. Anyways.. KEEP up the “GOOD” work. ☺️

Area wasn’t that great, definitely needs a remodel, very loud, a bit dirty. However, the staff were great. Certainly left a lot to be desired. Overall, an average stay at a low budget hotel.

Moldy dirty rooms, and they don't want to refund me the room. We checked in, went to the room and immediately went back to the front desk to ask for a different room. Every room had the same problem so we went elsewhere. If you have asthma or a health condition DO NOT COME HERE.

They have roaches in their rooms, the toilets will flush whenever they want to. They have homeless people trying to get into the building to bother people about getting a free room.

Giant pot holes. Got handicap accessible room but no handicap parking at nearest door. Same car parked at nearest space from Thurs afternoon to Sun @11. Only One luggage cart that wasn't available when we needed it. Police activity blocked parking lot exit Both mornings. Fridge not cool. Strong Smoke smell in hall No late check out. Bed & pillows were acceptable. TV channel guide would be helpful. Outside door had key entrance but didn't lock. Anyone could enter. We won't be staying there again

The property is old and from outside at night there are purple lights blinking half out so first glance looks dumpy. Inside it has not been updated but it is clean and decent size room for the price. I stayed in a non smoking /king bed with a small table with 1 chair and a small fridge with a microwave, a tub/shower, Floors are tile cold and hard but rather that then dirty carpet honestly.It was fairly quiet, I was on 1st floor and smoking is on floor 2 and I did not smell smoke in room or common areas. Cart if u need to bring bags in that is wobbly tires. Pros Price- cheap $50-$60 a night Location - beltway- 288-45 close to freeways Pet friendly- at no charge Pay when arrive -cash or card No deposit for incidentals (none available) Pool area- clean and nice size with safety gate surrounding Cons- outside at night purple blinking lights Parking -lot has pot holes but parking was not overcrowded. Not updated and cold feeling but clean Staff nice enough until you ask for late checkout an hour and offer to pay extra but was denied.(understand the challenge) but most hotels work with you Towels- cheap and thin but enough for 2 people No coffee and vending is broken Hope that helps someone
