The hotel was fine. Good location. You get what you pay for. The towels were thin and small. The mattress was uncomfortable. The room was super humid when we arrived. It took a few hours for it to cool off. It was nice and cool once it cooled off.

When i reserved i saw the reviews and was even better than other brands that i been in the past. Total deception with the place and it said pet friendly and dont give info and i have a service dog and they charge me $33. Fee. Remote control do not function and a lamp either. Clogged sink and filthy carpet.

Our recent stay at Platinum Inn & Suites was unfortunately underwhelming. While the location is convenient—especially for those visiting the NASA Space Center—the overall experience left much to be desired. Cleanliness & Housekeeping: The bathroom in our room was only cleaned once during our entire 3-night stay, which was disappointing and below basic hospitality standards. Breakfast Service: Breakfast is available from 7 to 9 AM but is very limited in both quality and variety. To make matters worse, the juice machine is shut off promptly at 9:00 AM, even if guests are still in the dining area. During our visit, around 15 people were still seated and couldn’t access any drinks, which was frustrating. Amenities: The hot tub was out of order during our stay, with no clear communication about when it would be repaired. Connectivity Concerns: A particularly troubling issue was the complete lack of cell service within the building. It appeared that signal was being blocked, encouraging guests to use the hotel’s Wi-Fi instead. This raised major concerns about privacy and potential cybersecurity risks. Security Issues: The side entry doors were not locking properly, which is a serious safety concern. Only the back entrance required a key card for access. In summary, while the hotel has potential due to its location, there are several operational and safety issues that need to be addressed to improve the guest experience.

The owner/manager was extremely nice and accommodating. He was doing the breakfast stuff himself on Sunday morning and instead of promptly cutting breakfast off at 9am like posted he made a fresh batch of biscuits even though I got down there at 9:01. He turned the juice machine back on and asked if anyone still in the breakfast area would like anything else. They were able to get me a very early check in so I could get a quick shower on day of arrival before needing to leave. They just went above and beyond. It’s not the newest hotel by any means and parking is a bit limited, but they kept it clean and the polite and courteous nature of him and his staff was refreshing to say the least.
