The hotel wasn't bad and I would stay there again but there were a multitude of inconviences. The first surprise was that the valet did not have concierge service. That left it up to the customer to track down a luggage cart, unload their luggage into the room, and then get it back into the car after checkout. The lady at the front desk was terse, and frankly a bit rude at check-in. The room itself looked clean to the naked eye, but later we found stains on the carpet, the bedding, and the couch, and the counter/divider was filthy. The bed was not comfortable and there weren't sufficient sheets, blankets, or pillows for the pull-out couch. The bathroom was quite nice. The only thing I'd add there is a holder/tray for customers to place their items (razors, sponges, facial & hair products) inside the shower instead of having to place them on the floor of the shower. Also a foot prop would be helpful. Checkout was fast, friendly, and easy. Again, none of these are huge things, But they are inconveniences that I wanted to point out since y'all did send this survey to me for my opinion.
