The staff were very friendly and nice!! My suite did not have any hand soap or towels. House Keeping was there in two minutes. I customer service was on point.

Hotel Zaza Houston Museum District
Very cool redesign of the old Warwick Hotel. Room was very nice with great bedding. Staff was friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed the stay

Club Quarters Hotel Downtown, Houston
The rooms are small but effective. Does not seem like a four-star hotel. Virtually no staff all check in at a terminal where you make your own keys. Bizarre but it works.
