Equipped with both a wood-burning stove and an energy-efficient heat pump, which serves as a heating system on cooler days and as an air conditioning system on hot days, the house has a pleasant temperature all year round. Outside on the large terrace you can relax in the garden furniture and enjoy the sun and the beautiful view of nature. There is a filleting bench for anglers and also freezing capacity for the fresh catch, which could bite just a few minutes walk from the house on a fishing lake or the stream of Holme Å. For children there is a natural playground in the area. No rental to youth groups desired!
